Purchased a phone for me and my wife and Angel was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services, he goes above and beyond to make sure we understood fully the options we had before making any decision.
Every time I've visited the store, Angel has been patient, respectful, and genuinely helpful, he takes the time to listen and provides clear solutions. You can tell he truly cares about helping people and takes pride in his work.
I've seen some negative reviews online, but I want to make it clear that those do not reflect the level of service Angel provides.
Everyone can have a bad experience once in a while, but Angel's consistency, professionalism, and friendly attitude show he is dedicated to delivering top notch customer service every single day.
When you come in, ask for Angel you'll leave feeling confident, satisfied, and well taken care of. He's truly an asset to the company.
It's rare to find someone who actually listens and goes the extra mile the way he does. Will continue coming in to this location.

The man who was supposed to be helping me could not answer my questions. He talked down to me like I didn’t matter. Very rude. Let’s say customer service is not one of his qualities.

If I could give negative stars I definitely would. Please stay away from this store. Angel is up to something scammy with all the customers he helps, and no one ever seems to know what’s going on.
Customers that came in after me said they were having the same issue and surprise suprise Angel took the day off. And no one else could help us. So we came back the very next day when we were told angel would be working. When talking to Angel( to which he acted dumb, and like he didn’t know what was going on), he said he couldn’t help and to call customer care.
*Story time: I really wish they had a lower rating. My mom and sister went in July to replace a broken phone, that was working just fine the day before. For some reason Angel canceled our account, created a new, and issued a new number to an account he put under my mom’s name, and told them he couldn’t close the other account. Leaving my mom with 2 accounts in her name. Meanwhile 2 days before they talked to Angel I had made the payment. Angel told them that my mom would have to make a payment , which made 0 sense, as to I just paid it. He told my mom she paid for September. I had an email receipt and text receipt, however both were different numbers. We recieved a message the other day saying we owe September . Which we did not! I checked my payment history and low and behold my payment was not showing up on the account! My mom and sister went back up and one seems to be able to fix it, or know what’s going on, they said we would have to talk to Angel. The person covering Angels shift said they have had a few customers coming in with the same story about Angel.
Avoid them like the plaque.
Update on my situation: when my mom and sister went the next day and spoke to Angel(who acted dumb like he has no idea what’s going on) and told us we had to call customer care. I spoke to customer service, was on the phone for a while. They said the bill I paid on was hooked to another phone number not even connected to my account, and was under my mom’s name. This is what Angel is up too. The person I was speaking to through customer service said that none of this sounds right. I explained to him everything that was said and going on and what angel has been doing since we had a phone break. Customer service was great and helped us out, he even seemed frustrated for us. Again When I talked to customer service they told me that my mom had two accounts and one had a number activated. We do not own this number and I don’t know what Angel has been up to, but it really needs to be stopped.
Latest update: Customer service said They are fixing the issue and looking into this store and seeing what Angel is really up too. He’s up to something with several customers and needs to be stopped. Corporate is also involved, so hopefully this puts an end to it.
**please stay away from this store and whatever shady is going on.

We entered to purchase a new phone, there was a lady ahead of us in line that was meaner than a honey badger, but the customer service rep was so calm and friendly with her and us. I'm very happy with my purchase, and his service. He simply gave his name as Dan.

I come to this location every time I need a new phone or help, Harold has always assisted me and been great, but this time I dealt with Bebe, let me tell you she is amazing, knowledgeable and the fact that she speaks Spanish is a serious plus! She made our transaction fast and enjoyable! Keep up the amazing work! Now if she could be there more often would be fantastic!

Sky was the best ever ! I needed to transition my phone service from one carrier that I needed to leave ,to Metro service . In my situation the carrier that I had , had the phone locked. Meaning in this way it refrains you from going to another carrier. It took some time but she kept at it until I had my phone with Metro service . Thank you Sky ! ☺️
