I can’t say enough great things about this place! 😊 I like to shop parts out, and they are ALWAYS the least expensive and offer the most warranty options. First of all, I would like to say Ron is absolutely amazing!! I Needed to replace a battery and he could not have been more pleasant about the entire experience. He is a wonderful example of what you would hope a manager would be. Thanks Ron will be back with any more car needs. Just keep being you!!

I have a 2500 ProMaster that was literally abused by the shops my company has taken to so I have taken responsibility of fixing the broken or missing parts since I have to drive it everyday. At every turn where is seems like commercial parts are going to be impossible to find or match up, they have gone above and beyond to search for alternatives and info. They have saved me time and money and would work with these people if I was still in the parts industry. To the store manager, Bryce; I want to shout out Brandon, Jackie, and Kevin. Exceptional employees and always helpful without hesitation or question. Give these 3 their due credit and a raise. Great customer service, always respectful and polite. Thank you guys.

On april fifteenth I went in there at eight o'clock at night.. Ron assistant manager and there was another lady working with him. They helped me out so much.. O'reillies is very lucky to have those two on their team.. I can't say that about one guy that works there that keeps always giving the wrong parts out.I will not mention his name..

The store manager Ron is super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Did a free battery testing, figured out what weird battery my car needed & changed it out for me with no problems 😊

Wish I remembered who helped me because I would call him out for being amazing. I was getting a tow hitch, which I know nothing about, he answered all my questions and got me set up so well I was able to install it myself and made it with a trailer to my destination!

I like O'Reilly normally, but sadly this store has staff that thinks they know it all . And even when they are shown the real part, they will not admit they are wrong . It's OK to be wrong, and when you are just learn from it don't get a attitude I'll just shop at other stores

Had to rent a tool to remove wiper arms. The tool was purchased and then you have a few days to return it. Did the job and tool was returned for the full refund. No issues here. Will definently use this next time l need a tool that is not in my garage!

Usually a good place for parts but their counter help is lacking knowledge. They seem to hire kids who don't have a clue. Ordered a part last week was due in Sunday at 11:45....went there Tuesday to pick up and they fumbled around pretending to look for my part but didn't find it. Never gave a reason and acted like it was my fault for expecting it to be there. Customer service is dead at most places and this is a good example.
