Came in for a pedicure for the first time, loved the atmosphere, staff was very friendly, did a great job and loved the new chairs. Highly recommended, definitely will return.

My boyfriend had never had a pedicure and got one and now has foot fungus. I recently went there to get my eyebrows waxed and she burnt my skin. I know everyoneâs human and people make mistakes and I went by two weeks ago to get my nails done because my nail guy is great there and the lady seen me and told them and they had no openings when he had just was checking me in.

I walked in and their sign on the wall says pedicure $30 but I have acrylic on the two big toes and gel on the rest but I would just like to say yall did a terrible job, I just wanted a fill on the big toes and repainted on the rest this man proceeds to do a clearcoat over the clear acrylic he applied even tho the older one under it was more of a tan/pink color So you can see the overgrowth of the old acrylic nail underneath the new clear coat because he didnât want to take an extra step and paint it pink after the boy that was helping prior on the first part of the pedicure also would just like to state he didnât cut the cuticles or file them just buffed them out then he called someone over and told the other guy she wants pink with black French tip man replied âokayâ and then failed to do what I wanted and I wasnât happy with what I walked out with at all and sure as hell not happy yall had the nerve to charge me $50 for this terrible work most of the people that work here I donât know how yall have a cosmetology license in nails.. pictures shown here were taken same day

Donât bring your kids here!!!! Took my daughter for her first ever nail appointment for her birthday and we were treated like such an inconvenience, the man was rude the whole time before she even sat down. She stayed still as a statue and he still complained about her under his breath IN FRONT OF her. Worst experience ever, I left in tears for my daughter who was so excited to get âElsaâ nails.

yeah no. i had a simple design of a drip affect ( most nail salons get) and literally lines on my nails. the first man to do my nails had it looking like my 18 month old daughter did them. i'm usually never the one to complain but i couldn't even look at them. another lady stepped it to fix what was ruined so instead i just asked for red with a black french tip. (they told me red wouldn't show over black. WHAT?!) so i let her do that and i still wasn't satisfied. 50$ layer no tip will not be coming back ! go to diamonds on 50 or the nail salon in the plaza of windixie off of 19!

I freaking love this place. Jason is amazing at pedicures! The others who do my acrylic sets do exceptional work! I will never not come here!!!

Wonderful experience! John was very informative, knowledgeable, and friendly. His salon prices are reasonable compared to other places in the area. Plus, he does such an awesome job!! Highly recommended!!

I had a more older gentleman doing my nails he left nail polish on my fingers and another older lady made my sister bleed my nails are cute and the service is ok he didn't give me cuticle oil or anything I love my nails but the service is spotty.

Unfortunately, I will never go back here. I had tried to call the shop two separate times, two separate days with no answer to make an appointment. I came in with my party of 4 and was told to come back 1.5 hrs later. I asked if I could wait until someone was free, she said no and got very upset. I advised I didn't want to come back and if I could wait for my preferred nail tech. I also mentioned I called two times with no answer.The owner (I assume) got real angry and started raising her voice at me about how "everyone was here and I don't know who you called."First off, I didn't say I called at that precise time in the day, so don't be all self defensive when you don't even know which days I was rereferring to. Secondly, I would be concerned if I had missed two calls as an owner and missed on potential sales.She then kept trying to mouth off to me while I just stood there and listened to her ramble.I laughed and told her she was ridiculous, and I will never come back. She shouted, "GOOD!"I feel terrible for the others that work there that lost, and will lose upon reading other reviews, money to keep their doors open.I normally never do reviews, but felt this time was a must.
