This is the 2nd time I've tried to solicit this establishment since moving to Springhill for common pool parts.
First time was for a swimming pool light replacement bulb.
Second time was for a filter plug washer/o-ring.
First time I brought the burnt out bulb with me to help the associates with identifying the bulb.
Second time I brought the actual plug with me still with wrapper and part number so the associates can identify what size was needed.
Both times I left with nothing. The associates don't know anything about swimming pools. They lack experience in basic swimming pool knowledge.
I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN, THAT'S FOR SURE!

First time and last time going here. Mainly because I'm a senior female, and I brought 3 jugs to fill with chlorine. I paid for them, and the guy said he's brought them to your car.
Upon leaving, the young guy was co.ing back in and asked .e if the jeep was my vehicle. I said yes. He replied they're out there. He had aced them on the ground in the back of the jeep. I felt irritated he just walked by me and went back in the store.
Obviously, customer service is lacking in this store.
Even though it's more convenient a location, I will continue to go to the further away location.

I used the Northcliffe Boulevard Spring Hill
for my pool service, one of the worst companies for cleaning pools. I had the service for over a year. What they said they did, they didn't. I had cameras set up to record when they cleaned, it was a quick in and out service. I stopped many times to the store to complain about not vacuuming or checking the cell, or cleaning the filter. They would say they would do it better next visit, next visit came and went without doing what was promised. Horrible at cleaning pools. How can you brush the sides and bottom, vacuum the pool, add chemicals, and clean the filter in 4 minutes? I timed the guy cleaning and I was home, he spent more time in his truck than cleaning. All they do is take your money, management does not rectify the problem and take care of the customer. I own a service business, I always take care of my customers, not just take their money.
It's the pool service I'm complaining about and just this location. When I came in the store everyone was very helpful and knew about the products they sell. But the pool service, don't waste your money. It's just a rip off your better doing it yourself.

Have had no issues at all with their pool water testing or services. Very Courteous and patient with my questions. They have been my go to since having a pool.

The people that work at the Northcliffe store aren't too swift. Went there to purchase a Robotic Pool Cleaner that was on sale per their store circular, and they had no idea of what I was talking about. Didn't have any Store Circulars there to show them what I wanted, they wanted me to go home get the ad and bring it back to show them. Called to the store on Spring Hill Dr., and they immediately knew what I was talking about. Told me to come up in morning they would have them in stock. My favorite new store!!!Heres a follow up after the store Owner Suzanne Sparkman replied to my review by saying that there were many Store circulars in house, but when I asked for a circular they didn't provide one. Just looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about. I said thiis is Pinch a Penny right? And you dont have any of Your Store circulars? They just stood there.If they would have shown me your circular I could have shown them exactly the product I needed! And if you didn't have one, when they might be in. Clueless workers!!Please don't insult my intelligence on the interaction!!Again educate your employees so they can better serve customers needs. Till then I will use the store on Spring Hill Drive!Also the Reviewer that gave 5 stars after my review, stating that the store is great, has the same last name as the Owner, Hmmm!!!.

Watched manager of this location go after an elderly man about a return and made threats and followed the poor man to his car using profanity in front of children and customers. Hope the old man was ok when we left. This happened few months ago. Google asked me to review locations I've visited. This location scared me considering I had kids present won't be back.Update. The manager was there 2 weeks ago when I went in so unless you changed management in the past 2 weeks he was still there. Sometimes people behave differently when the boss or owner is not present.

This worker named Dominic or however you spell his last name came up to up saying is everything today and I said yes and thought everything was ok but when we put our items in the counter he gave us such a huge attitude and refused to get our items checked outhe got really angry and kicked us out of the store for no reason after we asked him to calm down and he told us to never come AGAIN. NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!
