“I'm not sure why this store would only have a 2.2 for their stars. If I could do more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!!! I've returned several items at this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN THERE THEY AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL!!!!! ALL OF THEM!!! Maybe some of the reviews suck because the customer did not bring the return or something to send out is not properly boxed, taped, etc. You can't expect the store to supply their boxes and tape etc to fix your error in knowing how to send such items. So you give them a bad review??? If they used their boxes, tape, puffy envelopes....for "those" who "expect" this....they'd hurt their store and possibly have to close up their store!!!!! I have to go in today with 2 items and they will gladly help me with the return information from my email. Each employee I've dealt with always says "We got you". And minutes later....BOOM, done!!! Cut the employees here a darn break! They are GOOD FOLKS!!!!Lisa Higgins ---- see you b4 you close today UPS store!!!!!!!”
