I LOVE MY STORAGE FACILITY! It is clean and the staff is super friendly. I’ve rented at this location numerous times throughout my years living in SH. Every single time I’ve rented it has always been a pleasant experience. Yes rent increases happen but prices change everywhere. One thing that doesn’t change is the great customer service I’ve received over the years from all employees. Thank you for your great service you all provide ❤️

Started paying $129 plus tax per month for a storage unit, and what do you know, Public Storage jacked up the price after a couple months to $245 per month. Deceptive, greedy practices. Also, the storage facility is in disrepair, with a bent gate and hanging wires. Never again will we be customers.

Had to cancel the unit and I didn't get all my money back and it seems like it's Gunna be a hassle making sure it's cancelled.i hafta call the 800 # and go over it with them

Due to my situation the Tampa storage calls were confusing to say the least and very very HIGH PRICED! Besides the fact that they played head games with names when I called back in 2 minutes. At least 5xs I had to call back and was told they never heard that name. I JUST SPOME WITH YHEM
VIVIAN/ OSLMIN. BENJAMIN HIMSELF!
That was STATE STORAGE/ BENJAMIN'S... PEOPLE. TAMPA FL.
I REALLY AM VERY GRATEFUL AS I WAS JUST ENTERING THE STATE OF FLORIDA FROM SAN ANGELO TEXAS AFTER I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. ON A RENTAL WITH A ROOM MATE CHRISTINE DUFFY/ BARTHOLOMO AND HER DAUGHTER AND GRANDSON SHANNON DUFFY AND ALEX FROM TEXAS SAN ANGELO.
THE PLACE CHRISTOVAL ESTATES SAN ANGELO TEXAS 76903/LPT#613 THE PROPERTY MANAGER, ERICA HERNANDEZ. GREAT MAD COOL WOMAN who tried to help but I am on SS and could not get out of that fast enough even though I PAID!
A NIGHTMARE!
So , you see what Im sayin. I needed to RETURN THE RENTAL AT TAMPA ENTERPRISE ON TIME! I DID THAT!
THANK YOU FOR THE REST 😂 I hope I was no problem or caused any inconvenience as I got locked in after putting my things in storage!!

Chelsea was awesome! We came in to inquire about finding out about the prices of the units and lo and behold BAM we walked out of there getting a unit to rent. Chelsea was so informative and knew exactly what she was doing. She took us for a tour to show us what the unit sizes were so we could physically see the units as we a visual people. She was so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this location to others by the way we were treated here! Definitely 10 out of 10 !!

I came in looking for a unit for my son and Jay was really helpful and very patient. He helped me with the reservation at the facility after telling him I was unable to complete online. He even showed me the unit. Over all the experience was fantastic and will be doing business with public storage from now on.
