As someone with chronic illnesses, I have had the misfortune of going to a boatload of commercial pharmacies who not only treat me like garbage, but have refused to fill medications I needed to remain out of the hospital. The staff here at Publix is an entirely different story. They have helped me so much, and their diligence has saved me on more than one occasion. If you need a new pharmacy, I would never recommend anywhere other than here.

Carley Said it is the Doctors fault, instead of giving me a back up suggestion or any other advice for my seizures... My pharmacist just left no heads up!!! Knowing I have memory issues and dealing with multiple people who help take care of myself... then her associates act like this???

I'm a delivery driver I've been working all day 10-hour shift it is cold outside I just wanted a hot meal for dinner go to the store at 7:29 the hot food area was completely closed down was not able to get that meal. I'm told it's supposed to close at 8:00 but for some reason they were closed down 30 minutes early it's not that big of a deal but it completely shattered and ruined my day shopping was not a pleasure today.

Publix pharmacy has been the absolute best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. My prescriptions are always available I never hear we're out of stock from them. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will never switch to any other pharmacy again

My favorite store. Very friendly and knowledgable staff always willing to help. The pharmacy is outstanding. Christina is a Gem. So knowledgable, and so very helpful.

Stood at the counter for a good five minutes before either the pharmacist or pharmacy tech deigned to even acknowledge that I was there. The counter is just high enough that they can’t dare make eye contact with their customers. And even after waiting for so long they finally said they would be with me in a moment. They at least offered to check out the few things that I had but I should have left the basket at the counter instead of offering to bring it up front for them. I used to work pharmacy so I get how busy it can be, but at least I would acknowledge that a customer was there and said something to them instead of ignoring them.

The Pharmacy staff here is NOT GOOD! Poorly trained and the Pharmacist herself is rude. She refuses to get up from her chair in front of the computer to speak to a customer. She just yells. Nasty look on her face like she is being bothered. She was reusing to take prescriptions the day before the hurricane "We are closing at 5" She just yelled out to people

I'm not sure if policies changed since my last prescription pick-up (2yrs ago) or if the worker wasn't trained properly. This is the first time that I didn't have to provide a signature or show proof of my identity. They didn't even go over my address info or phone number. There were no other customers so it's not like they were overwhelmed and were absent minded. She took her time but didn't ask for anything except the total amount owed. Aside from that..I actually really like this Publix location and the convenience of the drive-thru pharmacy.

The lady working the bakery was extremely rude, hollered across the aisle to tell us about a special when we were not even in the bakery area then got very upset when we did not hear her. How are we supposed to know you're talking to us? They do have good quality yellow dragonfruit though! The only reason I would ever go back to this location.
