Publix is always great. Grocery prices have skyrocketed. Yet there are aisles of BOGO here as well, if not better, than all other close, competing Publix' and all grocery stores. If you want a traditional pay and bag grocery, you're batting a thousand. If you would like to self scan and bag your own you are still batting a thiusand.

They are always super nice and courteous. There bakery is amazing. They actually made my wedding cake and everyone still complements my wedding cake years later. They are more pricey but the service is unbeatable compared to other stores especially Walmart. They are always very helpful and kind.

I’ve been a loyal Publix customer for over 10 years and always order the same buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese crumbles from the Deli. Today, I received a call from the deli manager, Allyssa, telling me they could not add blue cheese crumbles to my sandwich because “it’s not on the menu.”
I explained that I’ve ordered this same sandwich dozens of times at this same location and all over Florida and never had an issue. Instead of resolving the situation, she said she would “re-educate the staff” but still refused to add the ingredient.
I’m truly disappointed that a manager would handle a loyal customer this way. Publix is known for excellent service and customer satisfaction, but this experience was the complete opposite. What kind of customer service is that? Restaurants and delis accommodate small requests all the time, it’s part of treating customers with respect.
Publix should really consider providing additional customer service training to Allyssa, as this type of behavior not reflect the company’s usual values.

Nowadays I just try to go there for the bogos and a couple items. Seems like it's one of the more expensive stores to go to for groceries. They do have a very good deli and bakery.

I've been buying flowers here for months. For the past few months, there hasn't been a single day when they don't have fresh flowers. Even when I arrive very early in the morning, the flowers are wilted and crushed. They put so many in one place that they get crushed. They smell old, and I don't even understand why they do it. They don't value people's money.
