My subs ordered keep getting wrong

I’ve shopped here for years and have never had an issue, today I was shopping and as I’m scanning my items the gentleman “watching” the scanners came up to me SIX times to tell me I missed scanning something. I had to explain to him each time I did in fact scan the item he was talking about and he fought with me about not scanning a Half gallon of MILK. I finally told him now he’s just harassing me. Looking over my receipt he made me double scan things saying “oh you missed that.” I’ll purposefully drive OUT of my way to go to another Publix.

More expensive than other places. They have some things you can't get elsewhere. Love the fresh bread and deli. Bogo's are good deals.

This store is horrible. It is small, and they don't carry most products. Their organic selection is minimal, and has been for years, and their staff is lazy and slow as a snail. Anyone who has ever had to wait in line to get a sandwich made here knows what I am talking about. It is a nightmare and can take 45 mins to an hour for this process depending on how many sandwiches you are getting made, yet their employees don't seem to care.
Publix has completely gone downhill over the years. Their prices are sky high, they don't carry many products. They don't have the courteous service they once had a long time ago, and I find myself begging for Kroger to come into Florida and take them over. Florida really doesn't have many supermarkets to choose from, and Aldi's is a dump. This is why Publix makes their own rules.

Worst experience ever, and am a local.... I never had a bad experience until lately. they have been messing up my order few times now but this time I didn't get double the meat I ordered on one wrap and didn't get any condiment on our sub and almost nothing for veggies. It was barely a sandwich. I live 5 mins away and work 5 mins away definitely going to tell my neighbors and co-workers to watch out for them or just go down to the one on County line...
