Absolutely unacceptable that you do not have alternative way to check in for the elderly population in and area, where a majority of your patients are elderly! Then your tech is rude and talks to an 80 yr old women like she's stupid because she doesn't understand technology. Two other elderly women came through the door within the 30 minutes that I sat there also making remarks about how they didn't understand how to work the sign in tablet.Get it together!

I booked an 10:20 appointment, arrived at 10:10 and checked in. I saw my name on the list as a next person who would be served, so I sat there waiting. It was very slow that day... then a lady came at a much later time, probably around 10:20-10:25 signed in and her name popped up BEFORE me as her appointment was 10:10. So basically, this lady is about 15-25 minutes late but get serve BEFORE me!!! I do NOT think it was FAIR that someone who was responsible like me, who came early for my appointment, and get served AFTER to someone who irresponsible like her. I spoke to the person who took my blood who named is Sandi, about the situation and she said she just followed what the system told her what to do. She was the one who called her in and even told her that "oh, you are late!". So she did recognize it and is she a robot just to follow what system told her without knowing wrong and right? Either she or the "system" would it is right to "purnish" the responsible people and "reward" the irresponsible people? I did go to a location on 52, and got in late before, and they refused to take me in because I was late and they had to serve others...I took my own responsibility and took it in as a lesson and this was why I have been on time or early since then. I know it is best to blame on the "system" but there must be someone who control/fix the system (office manager, programmer) so thing can be fairly treat people. Sound like a small issue but it is a big deal for me because I am the person to be affect on the receiving end. Everything will cause the ripple effect...Because of not being treating fairly, I spent 20-30 more minutes to wait there, which delay my work, while all I did was starting my day as a responsible person! If you really care for what I bring up here, please fix your "system" either your program or you procedure of dealing w/patient. Reward responsible people and don't let them to be purnished by irresponsible people!!

All of the lab technicians are friendly, courteous, kind and gentle. The waiting room is never crowded and you get in and get out quickly. Great lab.

So if I could give a zero star I would, I went to go get blood work and asked the lady twice what do I owe what’s my copay and she told me you owe nothing insurance covered, I said ok great! Well weeks later I get a surprise $200+ bill in the mail…. I don’t know if it’s just me but you can’t tell your customers lies! Or make them think one this and then it’s something else

Some phlebotomists here are actually really great but I wouldn't recommend going here. The lady conveniently didn't wear a name tag and fought me on the size needle I needed. She used the f word about me loudly in the other room to her coworker. I would not risk going here and getting that awful person.

Customer service terrible. Waited a substantial amount of time only two patients here. I’ve frequented this place many times due to work but I’ll make the extra drive to Landover from now on.

The lady that helped us today was quick but very rude. My son had to have blood work done and as a parent to calm him down and talk to him she rudely said um I got this! Ugh yes I know you do but my child has severe anxiety and aspergers so I will talk to my child to keep him calm or he will make it worse for you. Lady needs to learn that as a parent with disabilities we need to talk to them to calm them down. I work in a drs office and I do phlebotomy so parents that come back with their child or family member I let them talk to them so they are distracted and not noticing what I'm doing to make my job easier. If you don't like your job then don't work in that field.
