So disappointed. The paint on my nails looks terrible!!! I selected a cat eye paint and they used a black base that you can still see, my cuticles are ripped and the clear gel is all over the sides. Now Im going to have to pay someone to fix this disaster!!!

I've been going to Red Nails for over 7 yrs. Only disappointment I ever had was having to wait because they were too busy. They are clean and sanitary. Polite and friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. If or when I broke a nail, they would squeeze me in to repair ( that only happened once). They don't push to try and sell you product either, like all the other salons do. I recommended my friends, my family and others, they always thank me after and they are all still going their . I def would give them a 6 of it was on the board

I've been going to Red nails since they opened over 20 yrs, I've tried a few other places over the years and was not happy. I always leave happy at Red Nails. The products and techniques they use are high quality.

Absolutely disappointed with the work of the nail technician. I went to Red Nail for a regular color mani & pedi of which did not include any heal or skin removal. The cost is $48 and $1.44 for using my debit card. Shame on you Red Nail for assuming that cost to your customers. Pay your own debit/credit service. Your prices are high enough. Nail tech was nice her customer service was friendly & pleasant. The upgrade of the place is nice too. She didn't file my nails evenly, she left a nail polish mess all over my nails, I painted them red, the clear coat is so thick it left air bubbles and lumps. I painted silver glitter on one, and she managed to leave red nail polish on those, too. What a mess, waste of money and time. Never going there again! I'll be nice and spare you the horrible toe nail job cause my feet are funny looking. Update 12/10: The nail polish is coming right off. Supplies used are terrible.

If I could give this place a 0 I would I got my nails done not even a week ago and 3 off them has already fallen off. For $60 dollars I expect them to stay on for 2-3 weeks not 4 days this place is a complete rip off. But I will give them for doing good on my eyebrows.

I have gone in for my last 3 acrylic fills and I've been pleased every time! The gentleman always checks multiple times throughout to make sure I'm satisfied, apologized for having to step away to cash someone out, always super friendly and welcoming.
