It’s 4:37 on a Tuesday and they have the doors locked before 5 o’clock. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable Customer service when your ATM machine doesn’t work.

I've never felt more important and more welcome in any bank. That includes the one I used to work for. Though I'm out of the area for 7 months of the year and have only banked with regions for 2 years, the people I've met always call me by my name when I come in.

The customer service is excellent at this branch. I have banked here several years and always been treated warmly and respectfully. I have had very little waiting for a customer service representative, which I appreciate. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Unfortunately, I have to leave at one star review even though the people at this bank try to help they can't help you get Social Security disability. It Hass to go into a separate account to keep anybody from getting to it. My kids get disability also until they're older so once a month, I put the two accounts together write a check and deposited in the house account which is in my wife's name so my name is on the check Going into her account and four at five times this check is put on hold for six days. It's ridiculous. It's the same exact bank. We have the same exact last name but still the idiots that do the fraud don't pay any attention to that don't reach out and talk to us. They have no customer support whatsoever or care about the hardship. It puts on the people that use their bank. I am definitely replacing the bank as soon as I can, I've been with them for over five years but honestly every time we try to do something they put a hold on it. We deposited $5000 from my wife's savings account. That's like a money market account held by Walmart the accounts in her name the check was made out to her and still they put an eight day hold on $5000. I don't know if this is the new banking error but this bank has to go for me.

Though we live a half hour away and have a Regions branch five minutes form our home we drive the half hour to THIS branch because Samantha Forte is such an amazing "personal banker" and is so good we have put all our eggs in this one basket---we've become a 100% Regions Bank customer because of her.

Very bad bank. Made a 500.00 cash deposit never processed. I'm in the red in my checking account its 4 days since I filed a claim . Nothing yet , have not returned my 500.00 dollars yet . Run from this bank ! Do not bank with them .

I have been a member of Regions bank for a couple years now and I recently had some issues with my account and was told there wasn't anything that could be done to resolve my situation until I spoke with Kathleen from this branch. She went above and beyond to help me and she was able to resolve my problem when I was told my others that it could not be done. I want to thank her for her hospitality and for being an outstanding person. She has showed me that others still care especially with the way the world is right now. I wish and hope that more people are like her. Thank you again Kathleen for being YOU!!!! You made my day today and my families. ❤️ You are so appreciated. ?

Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life and worst decisions of my life was to open an account at Regions Bank. I have two other accounts one at USAA when my disability check goes to and one at Chase that I used as a local account to pay bills. I deposited close to $50,000 in this account from an auto accident that left me injured. I only asked for small amount of that money yet they're their policy was to put a hold on to my money for nearly 10 days before I can access any of it. So I decided to close my account and withdraw all my money however I'm unable to withdraw all my money and close my account for over two weeks now. Please run the other way look at any other bank other than this one. Remember it's the new smile, be nice, I understand, I'm sorry, Oh, I'd really like to but, it's our policy, and there it is the escape. No exceptions, no let me see what I can do, no let me make a phone call, it's just sorry that our policy. There are two things to think about. First, I've learned in this experience I don't write that many checks but when I do and I present them, let's say at Walmart or anywhere else for that matter or transfer any money electronically one way or the other from bank to bank typically it's done in 24 hours so when you take a bank that works with other local Banks in the same state why would it 11 days or 9 business days to make funds available and a additional 7 days to bring funds to particular branch. Secondly, the people that you meet at the bank are not the people that you really do business with, it's the people that you never see, that you never speak with that determine what you are charged, that determined when you get your money, how you get your money, how your money is handled, not you, not the people you talk to every time you drive through the drive-through or The Smiling Faces that sign you up when you open your account or greet you at the door when you come in or hand your dog a doggie treat at the window, there just sales people there to make you feel good. In the end the entity you must deal with has a name and it's called POLICY and their definition of that is, no exceptions, no matter who you are, no matter your circumstances, no matter what your needs are, they don't care

The people here are awesome! My truck stalled out in their drive thru earlier this week and not only was the teller willing to call AAA on my behalf, but Tim jump started my truck in the 95 degree weather using his own truck. Great people here!

I literally cannot believe that Bank Regions Bank is THE ONLY BANK that charges a fee to make reservations from Priceline!!! But Its TRUE! Buyers Beware!!! PRICELINE Does Not Charge you_ Nor Does BB and T, PNC Etc... Do Not Use this Bank Card to Make any reservations!!! My family was charges $13 extra! Total Bank Rip Off!
