My stepfater has been in the hospital with a medical condition and my mom needs to figure out all the billing and pay them, but she's never had to deal with anything like this before. Luckily we met Robin, my mom only speaks a little English, but she told me that Robin explained things to her that she could understand. I was surprised and drove from Tampa to Spring hill for help them understand the situation, Robin was warm and patient. She spend the time to patiently answer all of our questions and I can say that this is the best staff I have met in the US.Thanks Robin!She is the best.

I've been a customer since 2003 ( I think)... Wonderful bank to deal with... All staff at this location have been superior in cust service. I've had the pleasure of working with Robin the last few times that I've had questions and/or needed assistance.... Outstanding.... They're all highly customer oriented... Highly recommend...

I was in my car in the parking lot of Regions Bank literally banking on my phone when a woman pulled up in another car next to me and asked me to leave the parking lot; this was at 0745 this morning before the bank opened it's doors. She claimed this was for security reasons but I don't buy it, no one is threatened by a middle-aged public health nurse in a car with the windows up and doors closed parked nowhere near any of the bank entrances.

The worst when it comes to fraud protection. The headaches you have to go through because of their neglect to stop suspicious activity is pathetic. My piggy bank does a better job. Stay away from this hacker target.Save your money Regions Bank is GARBAGE!

Bad service, keep overcharging me with overdraft fees, this week I had to pay almost 500 in overdraft fees because they also charged me for previous fees. I thought Regions would be a good bank but this is ridiculous!

Always a good experience when I walk through the door. All the staff here have been great. Customer service is superior to the other banks I've visited in the Spring Hill area.
