I just got back home from this Ross. WAS gonna buy a shirt for Christmas gift but at least dozen people in front of me with ONE Cashier while others were hanging things up near us. I know it's their regular practice but it's Christmas time!! I have patience but apparently they don't care about good customer service so no more shopping there for Christmas. More need to call them out or they'll keep up the practice!!! Smh

Cashier was rude, told me she would take me here. I walk there and set my stuff down. She looks at me like an idiot and proceeds to point and take my stuff and go to the next register over. I'm not a mind reader. Then I accidentally grabbed the wrong card (which happened to just be an expired card. She announced to the whole store very loudly that my card declined. Honestly she had horrible customer service skills and should be stocking if she's that miserable and doesn't like people. I will definitely not come back to this location. The store was also trashed.
