Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs. David was right on time, very efficient, and extremely personable. Unlike the first company I called who raised their estimate price by 50.00 before doing anything, Russell Pools not only honored their estimate but also gave us the military discount, bringing the price down. This will be my go-to company in the future.

Best pool store around! Staff is always super helpful and they don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. If you need pool supplies, work on your pool or equipment, or even pool accessories, this is the place!

Bought an salt chlorine generator for1850.00 WASTE of money! My pool get green and it doesn't let me know what it needs. Every two weeks I have to go take a sample of the pool water and it tell me I need salt. People don't waste your money on that system.

Unfortunately, pool service people here in Florida are not willing to help homeowners that have saved money by purchasing less expensive pumps. I was told they couldn't get the parts as my pump was a cheap foreign made pump (umm much like most). Funny how I was able to purchase the part I needed and as a woman with no experience fixed my broken pump with commonsense. So don't let these people scare you into expensive pumps to fix your problem. They could have found the part needed like I did and charged me a couple hundred even though I did the job for $35 total. But instead lost a customer. Do your research, they're not hard to fix if an inexperienced women like myself can do it. Yes you did offer me a $1000 new pump. My complaint is if I can find the part not having experience, why couldn't you? I'm tired of service people in Florida just wanting to up sell instead of offering real help. Thanks for your reply.

I bought my house 2 years ago and with it a 16x26x48 above ground oval pool. I had zero experience with swimming pools. They were local and convenient so I stopped in and explained my inexperience. These guys could not have been any more welcoming, and understanding. First thing they told me, "Bring us a water sample and we will test it for free" I did, they told me exactly what I needed. My pool was perfect for months. I then purchased a RX cartridge online, to put in the skimmer to control Algae. It worked great for months, no Algae. But because of the metals in the cartridge, eventually stained my Liner. I scrubbed to no avail. I hired a company called GO Pro Pools to help fix the issue. They charged 300.00 plus dollars for a deep clean service and offered 1 month free service. At the end of the day, my they didn't fix anything. Pulled my main filter to find in black with dirt and debris. I was frustrated so grabbed a water sample, went back to Russell's and explained to them the issue. They said "Sir this is what you need" Only 44.00 and 24 hours later my pool was restored to is original self. This buisness listens, and cares about their customers and takes pride in their professionalism. So thank you boys for always keeping me straight! I will go nowhere else for my pool needs again.

Russell Pools has been amazing. We switched over about a year ago, after having several companies who were unreliable. Russell Pools is reasonably priced and always punctual. Our pool pump burned out after our previous company failed to clean it properly, Russell Pools got us a great price and had it installed within a couple days. They don’t tolerate lazy workers and always insure they have the best people servicing your pool. If there’s any questions or concerns, the ladies in the office are as sweet as can be.
