I've been coming to the Salvation Army in Spring Hill on Commercial Way for years that would be 15 and all the sudden they change rules without telling anybody got an argument with a guy that I wanted to buy two bike mirrors from out of shopping basket he says you can't go through it no more and not very nice about it wow are you kidding me they don't want you going through it the shopping cart out in the middle of the aisle they should not have it there until they're ready to put it on the shelves therefore they lost my business after 15 years and I spent a lot of money there I go there three four times a week sometimes a day so goodbye to your customer I'm done, PS besides that they change employees and the employees that would be there would know me this guy is newer has a beard glasses on tattoo shorter Caucasian medium height so watch yourself

Cashier Lady was super nice . She let me know how everything went. She explained the half off and senior discount..A couple more employees we're hanging up clothes picking up the store they seem nice ..... the cashier was a real people .... polite, nice ... The store wasn't labeled right with the stickersI didn't have a clue that all clothes was half off. The sign said white tag. Until I went to check out. 1st time at this store in Hudson. I go to the salvation Army in St Petersburg, we're I live.

This is what a thrift store should aspire to be. Wonderful staff!! Jerrod was especially helpful on both my visits . Super friendly and always a delight. 😊 . Best thrift shop in Spring Hill. They don’t run on greed! Always enjoy my time shopping here .

I was unfairly denied being sold a sweater. I had 2 sweaters (both stapled tags had come off while I was in fitting room, I made sure I kept them, I just didn’t know which was which anymore). 1 sweater happened to be significantly nicer, with the retail tag still attached. The cashier, whose name I did not see had an obvious attitude change upon me trying to explain the situation with the tags. It was obvious that she thought I was lying/trying to steal. She told me the policy was “no tag no sale”. However, she had no issue selling me the 2nd sweater that’s in lesser condition. I was quite confused and taken aback by this - honestly I wouldn’t have bought a single thing if I’d not been so in shock by the hypocrisy. I asked if the sweater would be available another day for me to purchase and she flatly said “No. it’ll be gone.” I did call the store manager, Gerard and voice my complaints just to be met with incompetence on the other end. Don’t waste your efforts trying things on + have to reattach a staple tag to clothing just so you can POTENTIALLY buy something.

I have bought several accident chairs here and they are very nice comfortable very clean and I paid little or no money for them anywhere between 20 and $40 I think that's very cheap for a nice chair

These people are rockstars! The cashiers are super helpful, excellent customer service I could not be happier. My only regret is not getting the name of the two women who helped me around 1pm on 6/11 so I could properly thank them

I'd leave zero stars if I could. This store is Wayyyoverpriced! And not good quality to justify it. $13 for a simple skirt, $24 for a jewelry box, $8 for simple girl sandals....expected better deals from a Christian organization to be a help to the community. Can't stand when stores get things for free and then jack the prices higher than new stuff.....

Very disappointed with this store and it’s so called manager I paid 300 dollars for a king size bed and frame for it to not come with all the pieces to hold the bed up called the store spoke to a manger and was told I needed to call back to speak to the person who sold it to me for there to be no answer.. waste of my time and money… plus the man that sold me the mattress was rude when I was loading the bed telling me I need to hurry up because he has other customers to load up as I’m 6 months pregnant with no help… hopefully there some way I can get this resolved ASAP
