Horrible cashier wearing a bandana around his head working there yesterday. Had a nasty attitude & would not be bothered to answer any questions about anything. Zero customer service. He needs to do some other kind of work.

Came to this shell/circle k after a long day, customer service was fantastic. But beware the cheesesteak, do not heat for longer than 1 minute. Very drippy and wet. Slim selection on the roller grill

Crooks!!! Used our Kroger rewards to get gas but the pump NEVER lessened the price on the pump!!! Ended up paying $3.39 a gallon instead of lesser rewards price. Spouse went inside to question issue and was told “I don’t know know anything, I’m just a Cashier”. And of course when we asked for a receipt because we couldn’t get a receipt at the pump, the Cashier couldn’t give us a receipt, how convenient!!!
This is the 2nd Shell station in Spring Hill area that has screwed up Kroger Rewards. Contacting Kroger Corporate, Shell Corporate and Better Business Bureau!!!
Stay away from this Shell Station!!!

Tried for 3rd time to use rewards. No go. Said I had 5 cents per gallon. Used debit card was charged credit price no rewards. Will not be back. Pumps suck.
