I made a last-minute appointment to get my hair done. I had a money piece that was orange and I wanted to get it fixed. I came into the salon and explained that my money piece was orange and I either wanted to color my hair all over or keep the money piece if she thought she could fix the coloring of it. She assured me she could fix it. Two hours later, she said it wasn’t lifting and we just have to color my hair all over. I was OK with that as I said in the beginning if she didn’t think she could make it blonde that I would just color it all over. Again, she assured me in the beginning that she could fix it. I am not upset that she told me she could fix it and couldn’t. I am upset that I was still charged for the blonding that I didn’t even get. Definitely not good to charge a client for something they didn’t even get after assuring them she could do it. It would be different if she told me she could not do it and I requested it being done anyways

I went here for the 1st time and got Maureen. She listened to me, did exactly what I hope for even with how vague I was simply because I only had an idea of what I wanted. She did a great job doing my highlights, a flattering trim, and great style. And came in less expensive than other places quoted me for less. I will definitely be back.

This was my first time going to so chic salon. Maureen is an amazing stylist. She actually listens to her clients. She colored and cut my hair exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be going back.

Stylists were so kind! My daughter was really scared to have her hair touched after a previous bad experience and they were so patient and understanding. Took their time to cut her hair with patience listened to concerns and did an amazing job. We will definitely be back. Can't wait!
