Harvey in printing and faxing is awesome! Very knowledgable, very helpful and pleasant, and fast handling numerous clients while i completed my errand. Harvey is the best employee i've run into over 45 years in Spring Hill when this dinosaur needs computer and technical help.

Since becoming an Amazon returns center, I find I am purchasing products here at comparable or better prices than at the grocery stores. I like the fact that all types of batteries, printer ink cartridges, and other items can be returned for $ while helping the environment.
There are other rewards , that I am not aware of , available, also

I needed help printing flyers for my event and Jillian was amazing. She went above and beyond to help make sure the flyers looked great. Best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. Will definitely make this store my go to place for all my printing needs now.

Sign says they close at 7 and the manager said they close at 5 she was taking the sign down as soon as I said something and it was 5 when I was there

The manager was sitting out by the entrance, smoking a cigarette with the doors Open talking to another worker that was inside the doorway. He seen me walking up from the parking lot and I was getting ready to walk in. He was like oh sir, we closed a minute ago. I’m like you literally just closed as he seen me walking up? The manager’s response was sorry, we can’t let anybody in once we announce the store is closed. Activities and customer service like this is why that store is always so dead! As a manager, he needs to learn customer service skills.

I love shopping at Staples. As a self employed individual I find all the office supplies I need at a reasonable price and some are usually on sale. It's always a pleasant surprise to find out at checkout the rewards I have available which saves me money.

We had to return an Amazon order and because associate Joe was so efficient and friendly, we decided to walk around and make a purchase. Then when we checked out, there was Joe again. He not only handled the Amazon returns beautifully but handled our purchase with kindness and a great attitude. He’s a keeper and if we had a business, we’d snatch him away because he’s just the kind of associate that makes customers feel welcomed. Thank you Joe.
