The online check-in process went smoothly, and the storage unit was very clean. My only concern is that the front gate has been open since I moved in and seems like it does not operate For the proper security of the units.

Super easy and they helped me from out of state as I was moving here. Provided a much cheaper deal than AAA storage who wanted to charge me literally double and claimed they were cheapest around. Zero security worries, affordable price, unit was pretty new looking and had no problems.
