Suncoast Credit Union is the largest credit union in Florida and the 10th largest in the United States. Established in 1934, it currently operates 79 full-service branches and serves over one million members across 40 counties in the state. As a community credit union, anyone living, working, attending school, or worshiping in the service area is eligible for membership. In 2021, the credit union's field of membership was expanded to include public K-12 teachers, college educators, and educational support staff from all of Florida's 67 counties. Employees like Roxanne, Naomi, Christine, Jose, and Celeste have been commended for their efficiency, knowledge, patience, and exceptional customer service. They have helped members with various banking needs, including debt consolidation, IRA account navigation, and finding the best financial solutions.
Staff is very nice and efficient even with short staff. It was a very busy morning and a Monday. We came back in afternoon and were able to get a wire transfer complete in a very short span of time.

Tellers are friendly but the wait is always long because they are multitasking the employees. Not enough tellers.
