When you read the complaints, it's by irresponsible people who can't perform the tasks of simple arithmetic in not overdrafting. They have Always been professional and courteous to me, but then again I know how to balance a checkbook.

I can't believe this particular branch is anything short of 5 plus stars! I love everybody in this branch! They are so good to work with! I've been dealing with them for decades! So sorry it took me how long to write this review! Thanks everybody at Truest!! You guys rock!

This is the worst branch. I went here to cash my check I went on the drive thru and lady there was sooo slow there were 4 cars in the lane and more cars waiting behind. She kept saying I will be with you shortly but that took even longer. After 30 minutes of waiting in the drive thru I went inside. There was long line there also and only 2 tellers in the front. I have never seen a bank short staffed before this didn’t happen in bb&t. I noticed that the drive thru lady WAS ON HER PHONE. There was a line on a FRIDAY because SHE WANTED TO BE TEXTING OR WHAT SHE WAS DOING WITH HER PHONE OUT. There was a line of people sitting down waiting for bankers. They work SLOW and even SLOWER WITH PHONES OUT in a long drive thru. I will never come here again to cash my paycheck. Almost ONE HOUR to cash a check. don’t waste your time go somewhere else

Tina, the branch coordinator, was extremely helpful. I'd gone in to speak with David, who has been very helpful to me and, more recently, my daughter. He was in an appointment and Tina assisted me and was very professional, along with being friendly. She was able to explain things I didn't understand about my account and updated my account.This branch on Mariner Blvd is a pleasure to deal with.

Worst banking experience of my life. Our teller was rude from the beginning and yelled at us as we were walking at. If you don’t like dealing with people then find a different job.

This is the most terrible bank you could ever trust with your money, do not trust them the service is absolutely terrible and careless.Go anywhere else than Suntrust/ Truist

The change over wasn't supposed to be until the 18th. I'm currently locked out of my banking at ATMs. If my check bounced tomorrow I'm going to be more than angry. This is the 5th time this merge has messed with me paying bills and I'm over it.

This bank will have you paying late fee after late fee if they can. The first time I had direct deposit my check was at the bank they hold them until 7am so that if your account is overdrawn at midnight they can charge it even though the money is in the bank they have it setup like that so they can get an overdraft fee from people now today I had a payment go through yesterday and had nine dollars left in my account I had a payment go through that I was waiting to see hit this morning so I could put the money in I wasn't sure the exact amount until it was taken out and this bank hit me with an overdraft fee for the bill that went out yesterday that I had available in the account but no fee for the one that overdrafted my account this morning the automated system they have is set up to steal from you little by little

Extremely terrible service. The women do not know what the hell they are doing.If you going to use your banking in this location be prepared to bring lunch online it'll take so long.Terrible!!!!!!
