My 88 year old mother has an account at this branch. She has been a customer for many years. She has her favorite banker Kelly. She complains about my brother and I and has told me Kelly has stated to her many times that she has crappy, horrible children. My mother joyfully tells my brother his wife and myself that when she goes to bank and meets with him.
I was requested by a neighbor and her doctor to come and help her because she's in early stages of dementia and they felt she could live alone or be alone any longer and she doesn't have a very good relationship with my brother who is only half hour away I live in Tucson Arizona. So within a few days I was on my way to help her and we had to stop at the bank and get some money out for her and I also needed to find out what her monthly income was because she was going to possibly go into it and assisted living facility. She couldn't remember how much money she was getting monthly so I had to ask and Kelly looked at her as if this is okay and reluctantly printed out a copy of her monthly income. His attitude I felt was out of line I was there to help my mother not to steal her money I was there to help her figure out how much money she had available to her monthly considering she would now have to move into an assisted living facility and they are not free. He was out of line saying that that he would help her with her finances and acted as if I wasn't even there and I am her only daughter and was there to help her. Some of the things he said I felt was inappropriate for a banker to say to her he crossed boundaries and made it as if he would take care of everything for her. I am her family and I was only there with good intentions to help my mom who was getting more and more confused she kept asking me whose car we were in and it was her car. He made me feel as if I was being intrusive by asking questions that she didn't know about and wanted me there with her and because of his attitude she was mad at me for asking the questions which was her idea to go there. I felt like he was totally out of line and I ended up leaving the room. He had no business telling her she would take care of everything and make sure everything was okay and her bills would be paid. At this early stage of my arrival we were trying to figure out what she had in place and she had nothing in place. A bank employee has no business getting in between a mother and daughter no matter what my mom's complained of to him. Extremely overstepped his boundaries Totally intrusive and unprofessional.

I went to the one on Spring Hill Dr & waited forever for someone that I just left😠Doug was first talking to another employee while me & older lady waited 10-15 min... THEN, he talked to lady for about 10 min about her PC, THEN, finally getting down to business, print out 2 statements, THEN, went up front to get her $$ and talked to employee there!! Got ladies $$$ , talked more about her PC, con't to talk to her THEN I LEFT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Then went to another one, rude service and waited 15 min when NO ONE WAS THERE, NO ONE!! Do NOT bank here!! I'll stay with Chase & Suncoast anyday!!! PLUS, got a $7500 check from a bank, I couldn't get any $$ for a week, only $5000 of it THEN had to wait another week for the rest!! WHO does that!! Usually you wait 1-3 days, not Truist!! I repeat, DON'T BANK HERE!!

I pulled into the Spring Hill drive branch tried to make a deposit into my business account that I’ve had for 7 years and keep plenty of money in and the new manager named Carmen refused to deposit the check because of bad hand writing. My customer is legally blind and did his best now I have to go back and tell him that his best wasn’t good enough for Truist bank! If this type of service continues I will be finding a new bank. This is disgraceful to say the least.

I have been a long term client of SunTrust, now Truist. I entered the drive through (no waiting thankfully) at 1040am. I deposited 2 checks with some cash back. Three commercial clients came and went. Finally, at 1057, I’m done. OMG. SLOW. SunTrust’s merger have been 10 giant steps backward

Absolute worst bank ever I should have never got an account here! 2 weeks I’ve had my account and I’m closing it! First off I’ve never seen a bank so slow in my life! Taking 2 weeks for my check deposit to be available after they already got the funds from the other bank… called up and want to talk about nasty people! Smh!

They are definitely not a community oriented business. They would not give change to a church unless they had an account. They have in the past so if this is a new practice, put it back the way it was. Glad I don't personally bank there.

After 3-4 calls I had to go in. btw I have to use a walker. My son and I waited over 45 minutes for a counselor helped us. I was ready to close my account. Thanks to Anthony Tyler, he took care of all my problems. Or I would have! He is GREAT!

I recently opened a Truist account thinking it would be more helpful and simple to have an account where my mortgage currently resides. Only to see my account charged for a paper statement fee. I will be closing the account asap being Truist lack of putting the customers first with products, services and fees. Check out navy federal or capital one instead. This will help your money grow rather let it sit in undercover accounts making anything a fee just to get your money. By law we should be entitled to paper copies of statements but forcing consumers to do online banking otherwise a charge takes away our choice. I will also be moving my mortgage over reaping a higher apr just to not be with Truist bank any longer

Horrible customer service sat in the drive thru while 2 associates had a casual conversation looked at me and ignored me. While the person nearest to the drive thru was on the phone, but up her finger to gusto for 1 minute. Flagged the the associated who was ignoring me, No welcome sorry for you wait. I do a deposit for my job. If you want a bank go to PNC or Suncoast credit union. Truist is the pits!!!…. Part 2.No one in the drive thru waited 15 minutes to do a 216.37 deposit for my job and the lobby was empty. Pathetic
