Unfortunately at this location there is an extremely miserable, unprofessional, older obese and terribly rude employee in desperate need of a fill named Margie. Please even if you have to drive 15 extra minutes steer clear of her negative energy. I’m concerned about her having access to my account information but I hope things get better for her so she can treat not only customers but people in general including herself better. Peace & Love.

Went into this location about 6 weeks ago to trade in my daughter's phone. They did not have the phone in stock so they had to order one online no big deal. Got the new phone only to find out that the employees didn't do it as a trade in and did it as a straight sale so now I'm stuck having to pay an extra $20 a month for the new phone. Spoke with the manager Ashley who refused to fix the problem and now dealing with a headache monthly with customer service to try to fix this

Went there w/ T-Mobile advertisement which we were told would not apply there. Advertisement showed 2 free phones for seniors @ 27. Per line. NOT. Was told we would have to buy the phone or finance it. We now have phones through Metro PCs which cost $60. Per month for 2 lines. Batteries are dying & not much memory left. Checked w/ Metro also. Prices are ridiculous. We checked w/ deal @ Sam's club as well, but each time we go no one is available. Not happy.

We were talking with Ashley, the store manager, about T Mobile home internet. She made it super easy. We were in-out of the store in less than 20 minutes.She is super friendly and explained the cost, installation, and rebate process.We really did not want to have Spectrum/Charter. They are a rip-off.

I will never purchase anything at this store. Good luck trying to resolve any type issues there with Ashley. Sold a phone that was later labeled by Tmobile as fraud. Promised us that we have received a good discount,but we did not. I will be filling a formal complain to US Federal Communication Commission.

Ashley was the sweetest to work with! i came in to replace my screen protector, we got to talking and i told her how annoyed i am with my wifi through at&t and she got me hooked up with tmobiles home internet! she walked me through how to set it up on the app and assured me if i had any issues to just come back. definitely my personal service expert from now on!

Went there to ask about a AAA offer I got in the mail. When I walked in they were helping other customers but was told to take a seat and I would be helped once they were finished. A very short time after, Jim, the manager, called me up and I showed him the offer. He said it was a valid offer and I decided to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile for a savings of $60 a month. I then was passed to Maria, one of the associates. She was very friendly, yet professional, and took care of the transfer of service. She was extremely helpful and patient. I left fully satisfied. AIso, stopped in a few days later and asked for her help in submitting for our devices to be paid off, which was included in the offer. She filled out the submissions online, which entailed taking pictures of our last Verizon bill that showed how much was owed. Again, super helpful and patient. Got confirmation that submissions were received and processing. A side note: I have had no issues with T-Mobile service, no dropped calls, dead areas or slow internet access.
