Horrible customer service this target has gone so down hill in the last year! I used to love shopping here but lately the employees including management have BEEN horrible. The manager Jennifer is no better and encourages the bad behavior and lack of professionalism.

normally love going here. it’s quieter, people are friendly, etc.
today 6/23/24 around 1:30p i was at the self checkout. unfortunately didn’t catch her name but an older lady working near the self checkout offered to take my basket. while i was removing my starbucks from the basket my drink slipped and spilled into the basket (a small amount like maybe 1/8 of a small from SBX). she sighs and goes “well that makes things worse” directly to me. i work in retail and i understand how frustrating things like this can be but the audacity to say that to a customers face after an ACCIDENT that will take >5 minutes to clean up is insane.

There was no good dresses normally at other targets there is a variety of dresses. I ordered a slushy and a pretzel and the slushy had “gone into reset mode” they should do that over night not during business hours. They refunded me for the drink. I still got the pretzel and it was so bitter with light cinnamon and NO SUGAR!! very disappointed.

Older girl at the customer service/returns right when you walk in is terribly rude. Would not recommend her at all.

Got to admit, I stopped shopping here back when their corporate folks jumped into politics. I started coming back recently for a few items. They used to have nice cashiers but something has happened. I had the rudest cashier today and it was all could do to not call a manager on the spot, however, they are normally unapologetic so I will simply stop shopping there. Red card gets shredded today and I am done with Target. They have had a rep regarding their hiring practices for years, I’m really beginning to think the rumors are true.
