I was able to find what I needed just fine. Self checkout is absolutely annoying. I don't remember ever applying to The Home Depot for a job. Bring back regular cashiers.

Dont buy your appliances at Home Depot. Don't buy a Samsung from Home Depot. NEVER buy an extended warranty from Home Depot! They are deceitful and take your money, when you have a broken $1800 refrigerator in your kitchen they state they don't cover what's broken, SAMSUNG only has a one year manufacturer warranty. Do not be decieved like we were! We'll never shop here again.

Today we had an excellent experience with John from flooring. He cut 5 blinds for us and we were very impressed that he noticed one of the blinds we chose to be cut was defective out of the box. So he exchanged it for a working one before he cut it to size. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. John gave great customer service as we always expect from Home Depot. Thank you John

It's been a while since I've been in a Home Depot. Absolutely all the registers were self checkout. I for one don't like that. I'm willing to wait in line to go through a regular register with an attendant.
