The young lady who worked there was so unbelievable! I tried to call and since she was helping another customer. I had to hang up. She returned my phone call and professionally and promptly answer my question.
When my daughter and I arrive there the worker was out in the lot, but on the door provided a number that we can reach her at to get her to return to the office so we wouldn't be left waiting around for her to come back inside once she finished her current task on the lot.
This was a Way better experience here than the U-Haul neighborhood location on Cortez and I highly recommend going to the Mariner boulevard U-Haul location. Especially if all you need are some dang boxes and don't want to wait

I am a female 100% disabled Army Veteran and I have been going through continuous cancer treatments for almost a year. I needed a storage unit for my belongings and I went to the Spring Hill on Marriner location. I believe it’s called the Shady hills location. When I originally opened my unit, I was told that the employee working the front desk was unable to put in my military discount because he needed management approval. The employee stated that he would call me to let me know when he was able to get the military discount applied. Due to my health, I had not been able to reach out to follow up on the discount for several months, and my bill was set up for auto pay, so I had forgotten about it over the months. It wasn’t until I had to rent a truck to move more of my belongings into the unit, that I had noticed that the discount was never applied. I called and asked to speak with the employee who I had been working with and was advised that he no longer worked there. After a long explanation to the new employee (who has been there for over 6 months… but was new to me and my situation), Ms. Tammy was SO VERY HELPFUL AND TRULY GAVE ME REASSURANCE THAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL ALIVE IN SOME WORKERS! Tammy has been in constant communication with me, letting me know how the store as a whole, is going to help “make up for” the incompetence of the previous employee. Now I will say that I had a negative experience at a Uhaul truck rental place, that is just about 5 miles from this location, and they were horrible, (customer service was awful)! But this location is an actual Uhaul store and Ms. Tammy has gone out of her way to be sure that I am satisfied with the company and that store, and also that I feel confident with leaving my belongings at that location. If not for Tammy, I would likely have relocated my stuff somewhere else! This young lady is extremely helpful and really cares about her job! I highly recommend going to see her for all of your storage needs! Don’t forget to ask for Tammy! She is a true light in this often dark and depressing world!

Trucks needs to be in good shape and without problems, and they charge like crazy without not even know what the truck has or how the truck is, if it's in good condition or not... only money and no security( U-Haul in general, not only this location)

My wife stop there to make the reservations we go to pick the vehicle up on April 24th and the store is closed they just happen to be somebody there cleaning they let us in and they said the person who made the reservations was new and they didn't know there would be clothes on Wednesday we go to drop the vehicle off today and they're at lunch and I don't mean lunch at the store I mean they left the place very poor way to run a business we'll make sure I look for a different company in the future

I went to this U Haul facility to refill my propane tank at 10 AM on a Tuesday. There was a sign in door glass stating it was closed and to go to U Haul facility on Cortez Blvd Brooksville Florida. This is the second timeI have been here after 9 AM and they were closed. Stop wasting my time.

I was visiting in Spring Hill Florida and needed a van to pick up a piece of furniture. I looked up uHaul to see that they had several locations near me. I called the one closest to me and when someone answer, I asked if they were at a call center. She said yes. To note all the persons that I spoke at the call center were very good and helpful. The first call took my information and sent the app to me. She arranged that I pick up the vehicle at a Uhaul location near me. The app did not work everytime that I used it. So I am ruling out user error. The information that I added did not keep. I went to the location to pick up the vehicle at the appropriate time. No one was at the location. I called the customer service number and was told that your system information did not have that this was a vacant location and not set up for picking up a vehicle by the customer. I was informed that someone would be there in fifteen minutes. I was given a new link by the customer service person to set up my vehicle rental with my personal information. This link did work. During the time I waited, I was able to input my information. A person did arrive about 25 minutes later. A little late. I did expect this. He apologized. He then had to take all my personal information again since the app did not work. So one hour and fifteen minutes after my supposed time to pick up the vehicle I was given the keys to the van. I was able to get what I needed. When I went to return the van, I was told to use the app to check the vehicle out. The app did not work. I needed to make a call to customer service who helped me check out. This person was very good as well.Will I use uHaul in the future, probably not. If you are going to rent vehicles without humans, Your app, your system needs major work.
