My experience the first time I went here I would have given him a five-star review this is my second experience there I went to drop the vehicle off and asked the lady inside if she could check me in she told me I would have to wait meanwhile she's sitting there and no one's around she's not waiting on a customer so I set my stuff down on the counter and say okay I will wait she jumps up and says fine then so I say customer service is really gone out the window and starts giving me attitude because I asked her to do her job and then I dropped one little f-bomb because I'm getting upset because the customer service is very poor and she tells me now you're on the U-Haul no rent list good luck renting a U-Haul now my first experience with this lady was very pleasant she went above and beyond the first time this time she did not want to be bothered with me at all still have to rent another vehicle for my business to get through next week it won't be going through them

We had no problems with our truck rental other than we were not told upfront that we would have to pay additionally for the mileage we used. Natasha was rude and unprofessional and even shook her finger at me.

Had 1.5 days to move the rest of my boxes after the moving company came May 14th. Uhaul took 5 hours of my Saturday afternoon. I was sent to two different locations in search for a van. I not only spent my money and time, but also my moms time that day. Staff informed me of the location and sent the address to Spring Hill Dr. Drove across town and couldn’t get the correct login info because there was NOT a van available. Spent hours on the phone in the parking lot and was then sent to SR 50 Uhaul just to be let down again! More hours gone! Countless back and forth with their corporate office online and over the phone for more hours! I was so upset! Never experienced such ignorance from corporate office staff and supervisor from any company in my life! After all that running around it was dark! I couldn’t move. I had to call family to help with their trucks and trailers. Thanks for wasting my time and money, Uhaul!
