I'm not sure why this store would only have a 2.2 for their stars. If I could do more than 5 stars, I would in a heartbeat!!! I've returned several items at this location and EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN THERE THEY AMAZING AND SO HELPFUL!!!!! ALL OF THEM!!! Maybe some of the reviews suck because the customer did not bring the return or something to send out is not properly boxed, taped, etc. You can't expect the store to supply their boxes and tape etc to fix your error in knowing how to send such items. So you give them a bad review??? If they used their boxes, tape, puffy envelopes....for "those" who "expect" this....they'd hurt their store and possibly have to close up their store!!!!! I have to go in today with 2 items and they will gladly help me with the return information from my email. Each employee I've dealt with always says "We got you". And minutes later....BOOM, done!!! Cut the employees here a darn break! They are GOOD FOLKS!!!!Lisa Higgins ---- see you b4 you close today UPS store!!!!!!!

FYI: UPS store at 1204 S Broad St in Brooksville charges only $1 to print labels and 0 dollars for a 6-inch piece of packing tape. This store charged me $4.26.

The pirate made me pay for tape. I will send via the US mail before I come back here. The service is terrible!

Yes, it’s true that there can be long lines and a long wait however it’s because they are a busy store and it all depends on when you go in. I have used them for years and years they are convenient and local. Their prices for printing are good. I return all of my Amazon products through them as well. People always want to complain, never thinking about why these stores have long lines and being understanding instead of crass. I will never change and I just go during less busy times. If you go between 430 and 530 you’re going to hit long lines because it’s after work time, Same as after holidays or during school breaks– Common sense goes along way and seems to be extinct.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the customer service at the UPS store. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and the employee was rude and dismissive. It's clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this UPS store at all costs.

The clerk with the eye patch on Mariner Blvd Spring Hill Fla gave me horrendous service twice in 6 months and at Christmas time gave my wife even worse service . My wife who is deaf asked this clerk several times to slow down so she could read his lips because he was talking too fast. He refused and got angry. My wife was returning an item worth hundreds of dollars that was sent to her in error. ? 3 strikes with the clerk is it for us. If I can’t ship my future packages at a regular UPS facility I will use the USPS if I have to..My last visit was 3/16/24 and I was able to comprehend what he was saying to me and I have no hearing issues He got offended and argued back and forth telling me did not appreciate my vile comments until I threatened to take my package elsewhere. I also just followed through with customer service on the website because of his utmost rudeness. I am a former employee of UPS up until 2020 until I retired and have been shipping with them Almost exclusively my entire life . I was also told I had to give them my drivers license in order to ship this package as per Homeland Security. If this is Homeland security protocol then my does USPS never ask for a license?

They make you show a license to mail out a sweater (completely unsonstitutional). Then they won't accept a picture of the license from your phone that you have attached when sending out legal documents. If it were possible for them to receive a zero star and me to be still be able to give a review I would have given them that instead of a one!!

$2.13 for a piece of tape. I can understand you would need to charge a fee but that is excessive.

I'm really believe that they pride themselves on offering the worst customer service possible. There are two other UPS stores in spring Hill it is worth the extra drive to avoid this one. Or you can call UPS and have them come pick up your package.

I can see why this one has a low rating I paid for overnight shipping, and it took 2 weeks to get there. I went in to get my money back from the overpriced shipping seeing as it didn't fulfill the request, and was given a website. The website said any late shipments I have to go through the store, I went back to the store, and they gave me two phone numbers one for corporate, one for regional since they allegedly can't do refunds at a store anymore. Both number redirect to a 1-800 number that refuses to help, and tells me to go back to the store, or the website. Never using UPS again this is ridiculous, either that or give numbers that work correctly, or let stores do their refund if that was even the truth.

If I could give a negative 5-star review, I would, to the point I'm disappointed to have to even issue an unearned 1 star to submit this review. We live a mile away and as a result, put ourselves through the misery of dealing with the Adams family behind the desk for years. If I've visited 20 times, all 20 were miserable. Slow as molasses, zero urgency whatsoever, incompetent and cheap as dirt. Our last visit we were charged $2 to "re-secure" a lose box that was already taped. The tall blonde behind the desk is a real treat to work with. For the last year we decided to take the trip across town to store 5519 off Barclay and have been treated like gold on every encounter. As an Amazon distributor, we ship 30+ items a week and the Barclay store has never once, not been a pleasure.Do yourself a favor and take the ten-minute trip. You'll be standing in line on Mariner for 20 minutes anyway before they put down the sandwich.PS. The poor responder to these endless negative reviews needs a raise, full time job and I would've run out of excuses 100 reviews ago.

If I could give this location a zero, I would. Their staff is the polar opposite of friendly, wants to charge you for things the other UPS stores do for free and talk to you like you are an idiot.Do yourself a favor, drive 5 more minutes north and use the other location by Cortez. That location is amazing!

I hate that there are so many people that have a bad experience, I was so hoping I was the only one and it was just a bad day for the very unprofessional, with no customer service skills whatsoever, staff!! Amazon does have several ways that items can be returned, my mistake that I did not realize the way I needed to return my item. There is a right way to address a customer and there is a wrong way. May I suggest some customer service courses. Ted talks has some great ones!! Being an arbitrator I know what needs to happen to be able to speak to someone respectfully, that did not happen today and looks like it is a continuous issue with this store.

If you're in the mood to fight this is the place to be. They will argue you and antagonize you until you lose your mind but don't. They aren't worth it. Drive the 5 mins to the one by the suncoast where they know what customer service is and can tape your falling label off without charging you 5$.
