I absolutely love going to the Barkley UPS STORE!! They are so personable and greet you like family when you come in the door! Even though they are my local store I would travel to them if they weren't, because I have had to go to other stores for other people and the Barkley Store is Hands down soo friendly and helpful and they get you in and out REAL QUICK❤️👍🏻‼️They know you are in a hurry and have a million things to do and they have such a 😊 great system that it runs so smoothe! And everything is always so very nice and neat and clean👍🏻👩🏻🦰‼️Alexa is Great😊❤️she always has a smile for us! Back in 2014, we had an Exchange Student From South Korea her name was Yugin and we needed to get all of her documents faxed back to South Korea so she could begin her college education. Alexa helped us with that and thanks to that, Yugin and has her degree and she’s been travelling all over Europe on college internships and on Business as now is in Egypt on business visiting the pyramids! Wow!🤩 Thanks Alexa You helped facilitate All that❤️❤️❤️👍‼️this review is long coming because I have been wanting to do it because you have had this awesome 🤩
store for a long time I regret not doing it! But thank you 🙏 you for making Spring Hill/Brooksville the Best Part of UPS ❤️💕

The best store ever. Super fast and great customer service. It’s a hidden gem in Spring Hill. Use them for all my shipping and Amazon returns. Excellent customer service!!

While making a return fom amazon, I dropped my phone in the parking lot. After I got home and found it missing from my pocketbook I called the store. The woman who answered the phone was the person who did my quick return, she remembered me and checked outside. Sure enough it was sitting in the parking space. She grabbed it up asking what color the case was. I will always use this Ups store!

The owners of this establishment are a joke they pretend to be part of the community when all they do is flat out rob their customers they double and sometimes triple charge for things that are free in other places... I mean come on to charge someone almost $4 to print out a piece of paper that's community love? I understand you have to make a buck but come on $4 ! they constantly have new employees in there which can only mean they are not good employers, if I can leave a negative star rating I would... do yourself a favor,

Came in to have a package shipped out, got the pleasure of meeting the most amazing women behind the counter! Destiny went above and beyond to make sure I had all my information correct. She was very professional and very friendly! She’s the type of worker you want to have help you when you walk into an establishment! Hands down a hard worker! She by far deserves a raise for how good of a job she does!

I came into the store and the owner was very rude. I tried to explain the issue I was having with my return and it was like she didn't want to hear it. I was then told it would cost almost $4 for me to print one piece of paper. This place is a scam! They also charge double what it costs to actually ship. You can check the prices for a label on the pirate ship website and it's half the cost of what they say for the same UPS shipping. Don't be fooled by these cons!
