Omfg!!!! How do I speak with an agent!!!! It's like trying to reach someone in the pentagon or White House! This is insane all the crap prompts you go through just to speak with a damn agent!!! Got nowhere at all!!!

Taly is unprofessional and rude. He harrassed my teenager daughter about he mailing books and records. Horrible location. This is why post office has no money and will go out of business. Have fun working at McDonald's Taly

Is there a reason for this?? Twice within a week my daughter has received books through a program and they have been in the DO NOT BEND packaging and both have been folded in half and shoved into my mail box. This one had another package shoved inside the box next to it. 😒 Both books now are bent and damaged. I don’t understand…

Simple, a lost package with a check inside and sensitive information and it is lost in the mail facilities, they wipe their ass with the claims. The last thing they send me to make a claim online and the page is not available, it is as if they are playing with you so you can stop making complaints
