This location seriously needs to be investigated for mail theft. I usually use a different location but went here since it was closer that day. I’ve sold thousands of sports cards and have never had an issue with any of my packaging or deliveries. When they asked what I was sending and I told the guy at the counter his whole vibe changed. 25 different cards were supposed to be sent out from this location. Some show they never left the location after I dropped them off and I had numerous customers tell me that the package was tampered with and resealed which was obvious from the photos I received. Now I have to do claims to try to recover the lost money but my reputation as being an outstanding seller is at risk. Since there are other reviews with the same situation with theft and tampering I’m assuming it’s a known issue just no one at USPS seems to care

How is it that even USPS employees can’t help but text and drive. 4:45 pm September 7th. Whatever female driver that would have been on Pinehurst Drive going up a hill looking down at her phone. Could see it clear as day since the driver door is open/slider.
Rain sleet snow hail or texting caused crash is what your slogan should be.
Shameful.

Stolen items from ripped open packages became a REAL problem for the past few months and I believe it had something to do with one of your carriers who committed a federal offense to me and my mom the past couple of years and your company doesn't seem to care. Please for the love that IS ABSOLUTE HOLY, get someone who has the brains to figure that out and sent that thief in federal prison for the crime. This isn't the first time that it happened, it happened constantly, and neglecting isn't helping as well.

I missed a certified letter delivery and received the sticky note attached to my door saying we redeliver for you to schedule redelivery or pick up fill this out set the date and you can pick it up. I filled out the form I got the confirmation for it being picked up by me at the spring Hill location upon arriving at the spring Hill location they couldn't find my letter. I was sent to a supervisor who then informed me that regardless if you feel that form out and choose to pick it up once that form is filled out the mail carrier will automatically redeliver to your address. What is the point of having pick up as an option on this paperwork if the postal office and mail carriers do not follow what the customer chooses. I chose to go pick it up today got off work early wasted my gas and time for them to tell me I'm going to have to come back another day and hope that it's not out for delivery again. Is picking up certified letters is not an option then it should not be put onto this form for redelivery or pickup.
