Today came into the store due to a phone malfunction… which is another issue for another day. However Izzy and Miles were amazing. They were accommodating and not condescending. Assisted and worked with us to make a not great situation a better situation. Thank you for your great customer service. Will continue to come to this location.

I visited on 07.05.25 to pick up the hubby's upgraded phone, however saved money on an upgrade kn cloud storage, found out I can get my screen replaced for free and got my icons for my camera & clock app back. All the Ed was going to bat on the phone for another customer. providing top notch customer service...it was amazing and the whole experience made my day!

Miles was great even though it took forever! The only negative is he did something to my wife’s phone and/or wouldn’t let her get her password and now she has to wait a week for Apple to answer her. While we were sitting there someone else came in with the same kind of issue so not sure if there’s something that needs to be fixed because it’s not ok that we get our new phones and iPads then cannot use them because of the password issue. But other than that he was great and helped us out with everything. Let’s just see our first bill to see if it was all true!

My phone died and I was panicking because I had thousands of dollars in crypto. Some how Miles was able to recover every single dollar and account. Incredible. That was the most amazing thing I’ve ever witnessed. 10/10 saved my life
