Absolutely horrendous service, second time there not because I want to because I have to. The pharmacy representatives have not the foggiest of what they are doing, they are in considerate and absolutely unprofessional. Please do not go here you will only elevate your blood pressure and when you ask for their name they won't give it to you. You ask for a supervisor and get someone from overseas whom does not understand the problem, the question or how to prepare an answer. Please hire people with experience in customer service, and have a working knowledge of pharmaceuticals. Do Better Walgreens

VETS BEWARE!! Walgreens pharmacy "WILL NOT" offer "ANY DISCOUNTS FOR VETS", even if you pay cash and no insurance or if you want to use GoodRX or other coupons. They state that the VA should pay them full price. I paid $150 for 3 prescriptions that I could have paid $34 with GoodRX. Contacted both store and corporate and was told this is the pharmacy policy. WHAT A SCAM!!!

Walgreens IT system is broken! Twice I have entered a renewal prescription online, received a confirmation and pickup time, only to arrive the next day to be told that no order had been received. Tonight, the same thing happen to my wife, who had confirmed an order by phone. Only to show up and find no order had been received. We'll be switching our business to CVS!

Went to pick up my prescription went to the drive through and waited and waited and waited 15 minutes go by, I walked up to the car that was waiting for service at the drive up window said she had been there 18 minutes waiting for service because they were just serving people inside!! So I backed out of line just like some other cars that were waiting behind me, went inside just happen to be the next one up for service asked how come your not serving the drive through, said there was an issue , no apologies, didn't seem to care at all, so I said who's in charge back here anyway, I think it was the pharmacist and nodded to me that he was, I said how come no service at the drive through he said there was a issue again no apologies no one there cares if your kept waiting for long period of time!! Place is absolutely terrible for service and no one cares!!! Time to move on.......drive thru should be called park and wait not drive thru...

On 2/13/2021 I was told by pharmacy staff that insurance didn't cover my prescription, and that it would cost me $330 to fill. I said I can't afford that and asked for medication name to be written down so I could search GoodRX and other sites for coupons. Staffer said she could look online for me. Told me GoodRX was $170, but if I paid $20 for Walgreens discount card, I could get it for $147, which was the cheapest price. I grudgingly said ok, and paid Walgreens $167.32. Last night, I looked up the medication on my phone, and and was shocked how badly I was ripped off. Publix had same med for $12.58, Winn Dixie for $10.95, and Costco for $7.69. I went back to Walgreens this morning and spoke to the pharmacist. He said she didn't lie to me, she just looked up Walgreens prices on GoodRX and other sites. I told him I have used Walgreens for over 30 years and would like them to make it right. He refused. I am done with Walgreens, will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Will never fill a prescription again without checking prices in advance. Please learn from my lesson.

The concept is good and a well stocked store to boot ! Very friendly personal and helpful. The pharmacy is an absolute disaster! The counter help are OK but the pharmacists are the nastiest people . God help you if you have a legitimate prescription for a controlled substance. They look at you like you're a drug attic they treat you with disrespect and if they will take it from you even though you get it every month they're doing you a favor. I was getting my six prescriptions filled like I do every month and they treat me terribly. So I'm standing in their line with five other people waiting to turn in a notice that it wasn't just me it's everybody that they wait on doing you a favor. I no longer will go to Walgreens and I've gone to a private pharmacy where I am treated like a human being and the people call me by my name. The pharmacist treats me like a human being not likeSome kind of a street person I am treated with respect. Give your money to a mom-and-pop pharmacy stay away from these places.

The pharmacy in this store is just terrible. I have been here for the last time. Stopped by to pick up a refill that there machine had been calling me for a week and leaving messages that it was ready. After going through the line at pharmacy they pulled my prescription and said I had to talk to the pharmacist. She was on the phone and I waited over 10 minutes for that call to end. When she finally finished, the clerk told her I was waiting for her to speak with me and she turned around and answered another call. Another 5 - 10 minutes and she hung up. By then the clerk working the drive through was standing there waiting because the person at the drive through had a question. Of course she went there first and then when she was done went back to her counter in the back and answered the phone again. Following that call yet another person at the drive through and she went there. After a 5 min discussion she went back and stood there at least 10 minutes while another employee filled the prescription for the drive through. Mind you by now I have been standing at the counter for over half an hour and the clerk had told her at least 3 times I was waiting for her. When she finally came to the counter she wanted to tell me my medication had been changed to a slightly different one so I should stop taking the old one before starting the new one. That was it, 30 plus minutes standing at the counter for that. But wait there is more, when the clerk finally handed me the prescription I asked if it was for 90 days. No it is for 30 days. Why not 90 days and I was told that my insurance would only approve 30 days. Today I called my insurance company to see why I could not get 90 days at a time. They looked up my records and said they show they have always approved 90 days at a time but the last time I had been approved for 90 days and then a week later they show I went in to renew it again so they only approved it for 30 days. This is all total fabrication. This Walgreens Pharmacy is a total screw up and I am done with them for good. By the way I am not some crazy old guy on so many meds I don't know what day it is. This prescription is for high cholesterol.
