What professionalism of the staff of Walgreens. It's an absolute pleasure to be a shopper at this location. There are great items for a reasonable price here and the discounts are unbelievable.I suggest becoming a member today. The best part of the experience is the cashiers and everyday workers from Shelly to Miranda. I would like to thank Lenoir as well for her professionalism. They have always been kind and have made my shopping experience a treat and to be appreciated from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Along with every worker I have had the chance to encounter.I encourage shoppers to shop this location. Cheers.

This pharmacy is horrible!!!! They are very rude when you call, they make you call your insurance company when it’s clearly their job to do so. When I I I called my insurance company, they put me on hold to call pharmacy. Then they returned to the line and told me they had it filled already and they thought I needed another one. They lied!!!! The pharmacy told me my insurance company is very strict and would not fill my eye drops early. Clearly it wasn’t early! I had an ointment script sent over and I had to call pharmacy to see how much longer it would take after it was sent in hours earlier. They said it was dated for the next day then said give them 20 minutes and it would be ready. Again, clearly they lied about that! When I went in to pick it up, no one was there at the pharmacy for a pick up, it was an empty store. SMH I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy and I called to complain to Corporate. I asked for a call back. Is all I got was an email saying they will handle this matter, no phone call. Clearly the matter was never handled. This stores pharmacy is rude, lazy, and could careless about the people needing their meds. I finally had enough and switched pharmacies. My advice to anyone who needs scripts filled, avoid this pharmacy at all cost. Never in my life have I ever had so many problems with a pharmacy and never have I ever been treated so poorly.

I really like this store, it’s clean, well-stocked, and usually a great place to shop. But the cashier Emily has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She doesn’t greet you, doesn’t respond when you talk to her, and won’t even say thank you. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there or deal with people at all. Honestly, she doesn’t represent Walgreens well, and it feels like she’d be better off working somewhere behind the scenes. If I walk in and see her at the register, I’ll just turn around and walk out.

Stopped taking BCBS HMO. Didn't see that stated on website when scheduling appointment. Would not allow self-pay. Miss the former clinic before being taken over by Advent.

Would not take my prescription because it says 2023 I had discharge papers and my hospital band still on. Asked if she could call the doctor to verify she said no. My doctor calls it in. No we don't do that Seriously go to another pharmacy. Not to mention the rude cashier hiding and pretending not to stare at us as we're walking through the store.

This review is directly for 'AdventHealth Express Care' which is being housed inside of this Walgreens location in Spring Hill. Although I had no issues with Walgreens itself, there's no way to specifically call out this AdventHealth location unless I review like this.I came into this location for a simple physical. As a previous guest there, someone's who's had the same physical done two years ago for the same reasoning is now being denied because of what the physical is going towards, my statewide G license and my agency application to start my own agency. I was specifically told, because it had to do with firearms that AdventHealth's new policy goes against it. I clarified that the type of physical is no different than a basic one for anything else and I have been there previously for the same thing... but because it's specifically related to being a licensed armed professional, they refuse to do it.Talk about discrimination @ it's finest.

The lady who checked me out was very nice. Also, this was the first time i've used a truly clean public toilet in years. I noticed they have a system where the employees sign off on a chart on the door whoever last cleaned it... Just saying, the system works! Noticeable difference from the average public restroom here.

Literally just went here to fill a script from the er. Pharmacy is not 24/7 by the way. But, the cashier was very kind & helpful. She went out of her way to help me find some things to help my son.I think it’s important to recognize people for going above and beyond, I believe her name was Shelley, thank you so much :)
