This place is a joke,my doctor called in a script at 10 in the morning,i started calling about my script at 3 ,five hours later and still no script so I drove there to talk to a pharmacy tech at 5, seven hours later,only to find out that my insurance company is not contracted with them, so no script, I had to switch to cvs which is contracted with them,a courtesy call to let me know would have been nice.fu@$k WALGREENS

Made an appointment for me & my husband on line for Covid boosters after getting our flu shots a few days before. We arrived 15 min earlier per instructions, but waited more than hour before our shots were administered. We were 1st in line of 5 getting covid boosters but pharmacist had all 5 shots in his hand at the same time along with his pen. He did not have a place to dispense empty vials right away nor did he apply the band aid for a while after giving shot. He also did not know where to write in the booster shot info on our vaccination card. Very unorganized and many rude & unfriendly staff. The paperwork we had to fill out before our shots were administered was with very faded & small script. Difficult to read. The drive through options for our first 2 shots were so quick and sanitary, not anything close to this Walgreens' procedures.

I placed an online order added my clipped coupon and paid for it. My order was canceled due to not having the product available, I called the store and spoke to the manager Calvin who went above and beyond to assist me. Calvin didn't have the exact product ( axe body wash) but was able to give me the same brand with a different smell. There was an issue with my account not having the coupon available since it was applied to my canceled order so Calvin contacted the corporate office and since they had a three day turn around time to help me with my order and getting my coupon put back on my card, Calvin worked his magic and was able to still get me the product at the same cost! This is true costumer service! Thank you Calvin!

For those who think that this Walgreens is terrible, you've never tried CVS. I had to move my prescriptions to CVS due to insurance policy. They never answer their phone or they put you on hold and never come back, even after 20 minutes. Most of the times they just disconnected the call. This has also happened to several of my doctors. Where they are calling in regarding a prescription that CVS said they never received. One example of phenomenal service at Walgreens is when I had taken a double dose of my medication. I talk to the pharmacist and she said that I should be OK and made recommendations of what I should do. It was a Sunday and did don't feel I need to go to the ER. Later that day she called me three times to make sure I was OK. Even called once when she was at home. I don't think I've ever had a pharmacy give a rats a** on how I feel. So I was shocked when this did happened. I wish every day that I could go back to walinstead of the horrible CVS. I have waited five days for them to get a prescription my doctor has already found them twice. And I have not been able to speak to them because they do not answer their phone. If you can, stay with this pharmacy, stay with this pharmacy. In the long run you will be thankful.

I dread going to this pharmacy. Last night there was 1 pharmacist, one cashier (who was scheduled until only 6:30). There were 4 people in line, 6 in the drive thru and the phone was ringing off the hook.A clearly schizophrenic man was causing a scene with the cashier, mind you he was sitting in the waiting area.She was very panicked as she called for the manager. The manager never came. At this point there were others telling this man to back off or leave. Keep in mind the woman was probably 22. The pharmacist was over 20 years older than she was and did not lift a finger to help. She literally hid behind the wall. So I walked up to the front and said to the cashier " the pharmacy needs a manager immediately there's a man being very abusive and threateningly to the poor cashier. She got on the speaker system and asked for the same manager that the other woman had, fast forward five minutes later there was still no manager there. I cannot step another foot in this store. No one could give a rats a** about the customers there and it shows! Especially with the Asian Pharmacist. I guess she doesn't like her job because it shows.

I was in Walgreens recently to see if my photos where ready for pickup I was treated just horrible At first he was nice but when I walked away he said something real smart Saying no wonder we are going out of business these customers wanting us to call them when their photos are in I never ask to be called He told me they would Then when I confronted him about the smart remark and the way he was being He actually said I was lying Being a REAL smarty a** Then when I was leaving I told him I will never shop in Walgreens again and that he was a real j*** And then he said back at ya OMG What kind of employee just keeps carrying it on And he was the so called manager on duty Everyone else that works there have always been so nice

No one answers the phone and the prescriptions are never ready or they’re out of stock and delayed. EVERY TIME. It’s ridiculous. Even the main store doesn’t answer the phone. You just get a recording that says “We’re sorry but our staff is answering other calls” yet anytime I’m in the store it’s completely empty so I can’t imagine that they are that inundated with phone calls.
