This is definitely not the first time this has happened, but they only give you half a prescription, and then you never get the rest because they don't order it, or they don't get it delivered, they don't call to tell you that. And then you have to travel all over the county to find a Walgreens that will give you the rest

I had to use FedEx to return something to Sam’s club. Since I wasn’t familiar with the procedure, I encountered Leslie as soon as I entered the store. She greeted me, asked what she could help me with and since she was so kind and friendly, I ended up purchasing another item from Walgreens. I’ll definitely come back to this location, because Leslie made me feel welcomed and was so helpful. Thank you Leslie

They have gone to bat for me every time on our prescriptions. They are nice and helpful every single time. I could change to a closer location now but I like this store the best.

When they say the pharmacy closes at 6, they mean 5:55. We pulled up at 5:59 and not a soul was to be found. We waited so long because we were had 3 to pick up and one had not been processed yet. Decided to get what we could only to miss it by mere seconds.

If I could rate this store with minus stars I would. By far the worst Walgreens in the country. The pharmacy is rude and inept. They have shorted my prescriptions and I've had to go back and actually make them review video because of course they didn't believe me. And when they found their mistake, the pharmacist's only concern was that I had my original bottle so he wouldn't have to print a new label exposing his mistake. He didn't even say "I'm sorry". They also don't follow the laws allowing emergency refills during a hurricane. Avoid this place at all costs. A lot of pharmacist's have a God complex and this location seems to hire them all.

The Walgreens on the corner of Mariner and Spring Hill Drive is the one I usually go to. I went to this Walgreens because mine was out of something I wanted. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. No greeting no smile nothing. Halfway through my order she walked away to wait on a pizza delivery person. I guess her lunch was more important then the customer. No apologies for walking away in the middle of the order. This woman was beyond rude I will never come here again. This happened April 22nd at around 11:00 a.m.

WE PURCHASED A VANILLA VISA GIFT (MORE ON THIS IN A MINUTE) AND ADDED $300 SO THAT MY BROTHER WOULD HAVE MONEY TO SPEND AND SOMEONE HAD ALREADY HAD THE CARD INFO AND THE MINUTE THE MONEY WENT ON SOMEONE STARTED CHARGING US SERVICE ANIMAL AND SUPPORT ANIMAL CHARGES ONLINE. NOW EITHER ITS A EMPLOYEE AT THIS WALGREENS OR THE GIRL AT WALGREENS SAID IT COULD BE A INSIDE JOB AT THE WAREHOUSE. EITHER WAY WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT WALGREENS AND FEEL CONFIDENT THAT OUR MONEY WONT BE STOLEN. THE POLICE ARE LOOKING INTO THIS LOCATION AND OTHERS. NOW ON A SIDE NOTE WE ASKED FOR A RELOADABLE PREPAID CARD NOT A GIFT CARD TO BEGIN WITH AND THE YOUNG MAN AT THE REGISTER EMPLOYEE 209 GAVE MY ELDERLY PARENTS THE VANILLA VISA GIFT CARD NOT A RELOADABLE PREPAID VISA LIKE THEY ASKED FOR SO IT MAKES YOU WONDER IF IT IS A INSIDE JOB IF IT ISNT HAPPENING RIGHT THERE AT THAT WALGREENS AND NOT AT OTHERS LIKE THE YOUNG LADY CLAIMED.

I had a few bad experiences but todays takes the cake. This Walgreens is the closest one to my home and is very convenient. The pharmacy seems understaffed and wait times are long. Today I had some confusion with a medication of a family member and I called at 1pm knowing that they go on break at 1:30. The employees in the pharmacy just kept me on hold from 1:00pm to 1:28 and then went on break 2 min early. It seems like the phone was bothering them because they would occasionally pick up the phone and put me on hold with out talking to me. Very often they have one employee attending to drive thru and walkins In comparison to other pharmacies in the area that have multiple employees (4+). This is very odd to me because im always getting marketing calls from Walgreens but they can seem to handle the customers they have. I have go to the trouble of contacting my family's physicians offices and changing the pharmacy preference.

Horrid location. I’ve had so many problems with this location it would be hard to list. Cancelled prescriptions, lost prescriptions, totally incompetent pharmacists, but the worst was sitting in the drive through for over 30 min then several employees physically come outside to tell everyone in line to leave, they are closing. I had surgery and didn’t feel well enough to come in. I even had a pharmacist lie to me and give me a false name to report to management. She had a very unique accent and very identifiable. I have taken my meds elsewhere.

Great staff for a very busy store. The store needs a person that they can use when the pharmacy gets backed up. I have seen where one person is handling drive through, phone calls and the pharmacy windows for in store pick-up and drop offs. At times I have called and got put on hold. Drove to the store while on hold and stood at the windows and saw the workers trying to get to everyone in the order they came. It puts stress on them and they are handling medications that they need to be able to take the time to make sure that they are giving medications correctly. Give them some help!
