Managers…. Train your cashiers to pay attention to the customer when at the register. Was there this morning 5/24, the 2 young females (I refrain from calling them ladies) were talking drama crap before they came to check me out, talked back and forth the entire time. No greeting to me no thank you when the transaction was completed. I even had to wait for a break in their conversation to ask a question.
When I left I told them I hope they get their problems resolved; little smart mouth “B” says I hope you get yours fixed too.
First time I’ve ever been treated like I was bothering the employees here, I hope it’s the last. I really don’t want to feel like I should find another Pharmacy to patronize

Michelle and the team had such wonderful customer service making sure the canvas, obituary cards and all photos turned out amazing for my mom’s celebration of life. I am beyond thankful.

Worst manager she's heavyset n ignores customers n doesn't even know about western union I've dealt with her before she's rude nasty attitude n needs to b fired will b contacting company reps about hiring REAL trained staff n MANAGERS pathetic place never go back n I live 2 mind away

Hate to sound like a Karen… super annoyed that I arrived before closing time and a male employee ran to the front door to say that they’re already closed… despite the listed hours on window that clearly shows they should still be open. Pretty annoying… just needed one thing which I told him.

Walgreens at Barkley and Spring Hill Dr. employees are friendly and efficient. Especially Kim who knows everything going on and handles any problems that arise.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank pam. She's very helpful very friendly and I enjoyed my conversation with her !!! I coupon at different Walgreens between here and Inverness and I can definitely say this Walgreens is one of my top three for favorites now because of pam!!! Thank you Pam for providing excellent customer service especially after the hard time our communities have endured due to the hurricanes. ! We appreciate you if nobody's told you today!!

Pharmacy is the WORST. Always a wait. Always an issue with prescriptions/refills. Attitude. There are many other pharmacies around to use most of which you will be treated with respect. Avoid this place!

Jashleen is horrible at customer service. Asked her for help as I am sick as dog for the humidifier aisle. She says I have no idea and walks away. I finally find one get to register she says "oh you found one". Do all your customers a favor and fire her.

I love going to this Walgreens it’s right up the street for me everyone is always so nice, I want to shout out Belinda in cosmetics she has helped me out with a few recommendations now and never fails, she’s so awesome!

This pharmacy is horrible over 10 minutes. Wait time when you call and takes forever to get meds. The only reason I gave it to stars is because Angela the pharmacist is excellent. She needs help.

Their pharmacy service sucks! No communication at all!! My prescription was sent 24 hours ago but yet when I call for a status I'm told I don't have anything. Even after my Dr called and physically spoke to someone here to put in the RX order again! I called to verify they received it, I was told No. I questioned it, was put on hold then told oh yeah we have the prescriptions it was a verbal order. Like OK!!! why was that not relayed 24 hours ago but yet you still didn't work on the order or fill it??

Thanks to the worst demeaning and insulting care decade after decade our family switched to SaveNCare. The pharmist (call me R) had my family members medications changed!!! Resulting in expected results!!!!. YES she did and she got away with it! So. We finally changed pharmacy and now are happy with results. Please know this pharmacy reputation preceeds them! The same pharmacist would see me or my family member and sigh then turn around and say she is not dealing with us.! ON AN OPEN MIC. Yes we called corporate and no they did not resolve the issue. I dont trust this pharmacy to touch or dispense anything to my loved ones!!
