Pharmacy techs are about as incompetent as one could get. Told me to wait 20 minutes and when I returned they didn't even put the order in.

WORST pharmacy customer service EVER!! Went today to pick up rx for 2 kiddos. They informed me THEY had made a clerical error with my granddaughter’s name and could I pull around again. It was at least 7 deep behind me. I said no, the scripts were done, just needed to correct name…shouldn’t take long. The young man helping went and got an Asian lady, maybe pharmacist or pharmacy manager that told me to pull around or she would call police!!!!???? What, I asked and she repeated it. I was floored to say the least. I told her never mind I would go to Walmart market for script and she replied, that’s good!!! She was so mean, I will NEVER step foot in that place again. Too many other good pharmacies around to bother with awful customer service!!

Win and the pharmacy team were terrific. I went Friday morning after visiting urgent care to get my prescriptions. Win worked with me to get the best prices on my scripts between my insurance and other discount drug programs. She also took the time to review the drug side effects. Wonderful experience. Kuddos to the pharmacy team.

Went to get my prescriptions and was told two of my prescriptions will only be filled for 30 days because it’s store policy not to fill them for the 90 day supply and when I called my insurance company and talk to them, they called and told the insurance company a total different story When in the reality of things they only wanted to give me a 30 day supply so I had to pay more for my prescriptions than what I would for a 90 day supply and there is a contract with the insurance company for them to fill for 90 days Save yourself time don’t use this place

Ever since you started outsourcing prescriptions, i've had nothing but troubles, and now I can't get my prescription for 2 more days because somebody missed sending it in with today's batch. Ill probably run out. Thanks.

They called said proscription was ready Sunday went in Monday told it’s in but hasn’t been put away will be ready later go back Tuesday told oh it’s coming from Orlando what the hell. It’s proscription that is needed. What a joke this place is anymore

While the pharmacy associates are great the pharmacist, Winn thinks she’s a physician and always has something to say about my meds and even has refused to fill them. She is beyond rude and won’t listen to a word I say, cutting my off every time I tried to talk. They are prescribed for a reason and she is not my doctor. Very rude and thinks she knows better than my doctors. Walgreens really needs to look at the reviews. They are all the same

Win the pharmacy Manager is rude and condescending. After a long time taking non stimulants My doctor ordered Addaralz She specifically sent in a two week supply. One tablet per day to see if it was helping. Win filled one week and voided out the other week of the script even after my doctor calling. Now I have to remind my doctor to fill another week and hopefully she will fill it. I read all the tort laws and non of them apply to this situation. What she did is actually illegal. She argumentative and cuts me off when I talk. If she doesn’t fill this I am reporting her to the pharmacy board. then I will switch to a different Walgreens. This woman is stressing me out.
