Its no wonder there is never anyone in line. Horrible additude do not care about customer servive can not get orders correct then lie about it. There is a reason CVS line is out to the road and walgreens has no one in line. Call there and get same bad additude. There needs to be a complete review of these people wow.

Just wanted to say everyone in the store has always treated me very well, however Walgreens policy to check the ID of someone 65-years or older-old man or woman is really getting on our nerves, stop the political correctness and being overly "woke" and start acting like normal people. Also stop paying the insurance companies to tell you what you can or cannot do with your own business, grow a pair. Stop pushing senior citizens around, because we don't like it and we're not taking it anymore. ?

Place is a joke. Pharmacy techs are rude and not helpful. If you don’t like your job quit, don’t take it out on customers. Would give 0 star if it was an option.

I love that Walgreens. Have always gotten go service and the pharmacy staff were friendly and courteous. I live half way better that one and the one on the corner of Mariner and Springhill Dr. As always go to the one on County Line.

Pharmacy Mgn. Win-Win is outstanding! She is very knowledgeable, professional and people caring to say the least. These qualities in todays' world are not the norm in customer service; that is why she should be recognized. Thank you for allowing me to share my feelings.

The old hag that is working register is so rude. Saw me walk up to my husband and place stuff on counter since you would think most couples make purchases together. She gave the total to my husband without ringing up my stuff and completely ignored me. I get I'm 18 years younger than my husband but there is no way to mistake we are a couple. And when I told her that our stuff was together she ignored me and rang up separate transactions.She is not friendly, she is not a good representative for Walgreens and she is going to have y'all lose customers. If you are that old and grumpy and rude, don't work or go find a job that you aren't in customer service. Period.

Terrible Pharmacy!The Pharmacy manager Ms. Wini /Trinh-Nguyen H. was So Rude, she came to the drive-threw window asking why was I taking certain medications as if she was my dr and then told me that I belong to WinDixie Pharmacy to go over there. I told her I don't belong to any pharmacy and that i can fill my prescriptions at any pharmacy i desire, she then smiled/smirked and said she would not fill my prescription! with many more remarks all with a big smirk/smile on her face. I can't tell you how terrible I felt with the way she treated me, and spoke to me She even said I deal with people like you all the time as if I was nothing and this was regular ongoing thing with customers! this is Terrible Customer service for a Pharmacy manager/ Techs!Ps: i got my prescription filled at a different Walgreens pharmacy with no issues that same day this goes to tell you something! please remove Ms. Wini / Trinh-Nguyen H. from her role there is no Compassion, Respect OR UNDERSTANDING with that women including her staff they all smiled and smirked as they told me to go figure it out somewhere else. 0/0 stars if i could Very disappointed with the Service/Care at this pharmacy!I almost forgot to say i had to do some research on her because she didn't give me her real name she gives out the name Wini Win instead of her actual name ( Trinh-Nguyen H ) in order to cover her self incase of any reports/Reviews this couldn't get any worse i thought but turns out she is very very Unprofessional who knows how many other people she has treated this way with the name Wini Win.

Incompetence in the pharmacy BIG TIME!!My daughter is really sick.All the CVS’s didn’t have my daughter’s prescription in stock so I had Walgreens pull it from them and had it transferred and they even looked up my daughters info as she used to get her prescriptions from them.I told them my daughters insurance “CMS Title 19”.The women said “bring the insurance card in when you pick up the prescription”… that was at 5:15pmI been waiting HOURS now for a text to say medi is ready.I call at 8:40pm to be told “we don’t take her insurance”…. Wait what???!“It’s $88.00 without insurance “ she tells me.“Why didn’t they tell me this almost 4 hours ago, my daughter is very sick?”“Sorry we don’t take her insurance “So now I had to call CVS back to have them pull the prescription back to them so I can wait till it gets back in stock.

The most hardworking and helpful group of professionals I've had the privilege of interacting with management needs pay attention to those who improve the experience of the everyday customers. Walgreens needs to do better as a company to support the employees as a whole and make it a desirable work environment those that you continue to over look are your best assets to your company & customers. Pay attention management when you loose good employees who make you feel acknowledge as a person with concerns and questions you in turn loose those customers who enjoy the feel of all of those comforts of your local business

Be careful purchased wine on clearance from Walgreens on Mariner in Spring Hill to try. This product was probably given credit by the distributor in 2015/2016 in and put in the dumpster! They dug it back out and put on shelf again! Box wine has a shelf life of 6-9 months. It been sitting on the shelf there for over 7 years.Walgreens manager said they make it right. Took it back then the liquor Manager, Ric, got nasty and refused to make it right even though we spent around a $170 and we're talking a $5 item. WOW they hand out coupons for $5 off $20 in-store for non-alcoholic, tobacco, purchases all the time. When reported to the store manager, Mario, he was worthless, rude, and poorly trained as Ric. A definite management change is needed here.Failure to make it right on a customer that spent thousands of dollars in their store, not smart on there part. In the words of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman " Big mistake, big, hugh !!! I have to go shopping now !!! But it'll never be inside of Walgreens again!

The employees were very friendly the store was very clean. Only minor complaint is the bathrooms were horribly dirty. Other than that the store is great.
