Walgreens is clearly comfortable letting employees like Richard insult and dismiss customers. This isn’t a one-off—there are 10 years of reviews about how poorly customers are treated at this location. Corporate needs to step in and fix it immediately.

This has truly been one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with your company. I visited Walgreens store #04289 at 4255 Commercial Way in Spring Hill, FL, hoping for a smooth shopping trip. I picked up several items using your app to help me along the way. When I reached the register, I noticed that a few items did not ring up at the correct price. The cashier tried her best to help, but she was unable to fix the issue and had to call for a supervisor. After a short wait, Theresa, the manager, arrived and immediately treated me with rudeness and dismissiveness. I explained the pricing error again, specifically about the toilet paper that should have had a $1.25 coupon applied.
She glanced at the coupon and told me, without any concern, that I would have to call corporate because she could not fix the issue. When I asked why she could not correct a mistake that was clearly on their end, her responses grew even shorter, and her tone more disrespectful. It was so uncomfortable that another customer tried to step in, only for her to snap at him as well. I explained that the problem could easily be resolved by adjusting the amount, as verified by the app, and confirmed by the employee. Still, Theresa refused, insisting I contact the corporate office. At this point, I felt singled out for reasons I could not understand. When I mentioned I would be reaching out to corporate, she loudly announced her name and told me to include it in my complaint. After years of shopping at your store, I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness, all over a couple of coupons that your company provided. I hope to hear from you soon about how we can resolve this issue.

I hate giving bad reviews but this store seems to be more interested in proving the customer wrong then making them happy. I avoid this store like the plague. Management is very argumentative. Go anywhere but here!

We are the type of people to always buy something if we need to use the facilities. However they wouldn’t let a child use the restroom because they “just mopped”. I can appreciate the potential concern for a slipping hazard, but when a kid has to go; they should be able to use the restroom as needed.

This pharmacy has had a lot of staffing issues over the last few years. Putting that aside, they work very hard and do their best. John and Lea have gone above and beyond to help me with the tough processing of one of my prescriptions numerous times and it is greatly appreciated.

If I could give a negative star I would!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service at Walgreens on 19 and Lake in the Woods. The pharmacy staff responsible for dispensing prescriptions consistently displays unfriendly and unhelpful behavior, which I have previously brought to the attention of management without resolution. Today, I experienced a particularly egregious incident at the drive-thru, where my father waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged, and was then subjected to verbal abuse by an older blonde staff member. When the manager intervened, she argued with my father before processing the transaction in a rude and aggressive manner. (And only processed the transaction cause he said…… are you really going to argue with me for another 10 minutes instead of helping me?) They also kept yelling that the people in front of them had appointments…… I never knew we needed appointments to pick up prescriptions….. When I am inside I get frustrated with the fact that they always help the drive thru people before me……. Yet today they wouldn’t even look at my dad!!!! I am so disgusted and wish I could use a different pharmacy but I already pay so much for insurance that tells me I have to use Walgreens and they don’t give me an option!!!!!

Bathrooms are passcoded. No one to be seen in the front on the way in. One person around at all. Had to rush my kids over to publix so they could use the restroom. I wanted to grab tums or something for my kids upset stomach but they needed to go to the bathroom first so they also lost my business.

Everyone here is just rude and has an attitude...especially the woman up front,acts disgruntled with here job.
Go to the Mariner location instead,MUCH nicer and helpful

What kind of pharmacy closes at 6 pm??????? Walgreens itself is a pharmacy, why the store is open but the actual pharmacy is closed???
