The pharmacist refused to give me my t-dap vaccine and said that I needed to get it at my OB despite my valid prescription to have it outside of my OB. Unprofessional. I felt like they really just didn’t want to do any extra work.

Strike 1: Pharmacist called me at home after giving me my script. He asked me to look at bottle because he may have given me the wrong meds. Strike 2: picked up steroids and the lady said I HAD to take if with antibiotics. Problem is antibiotics were prescribed by a DIFFERENT DOC FOR A DIFFERENT CONDITION 5 days prior! Strike 3: called to ask when my script might be filled. Lady snapped at me and told me she had 25 other scripts to type. I'm going to CVS.

The store is fine, but the pharmacy is slow as molasses. I have no idea why, because every time I'm there, not many customers are. Maybe they're filling scripts in Tampa instead of local? I really haven't any idea, bit the pharmacy techs can be a little rude, and they never answer the phone... ever.

Everything we enjoy our visit Mrs. Gabrielle helps us and Assits us to find everything on our shopping ? list it is uncanny how many occasions we were looking for, say caffeine free coke products & Gabrielle had the staff find it and bring it to our cart !!! ? EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH A SMILE? SIMPLY OUTSTANDING - GIVE OUR FAVORITE GAL AN ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION ?

Unfortunate experience. Doctors had sent over 3 scripts and 2 were filled. After getting home and realizing this went back where I tried to explain the situation to the clerk at the drive through. She was accusatory that they had not received the third. However, she did see they have the script now. I asked if they had the medication; yes, they did. She told me I'd have to come back in the afternoon for it. I asked to speak with a Manager. The best she could do was to tell me to come back in 15 minutes. While driving around to get back in line again I called my provider who confirmed all 3 scripts had been sent and that they all were sent at the same time. Yes, they were. My gripe is not with the pharmacist, he's a great helpful fellow. My gripe is with the snotty clerk at the window who tried to shew me away as if it was my fault she told me a flat out lie and got caught in it.

Worst service at pharmacy. Head pharmacist was extremely rude. Will definitely not be coming back here and will be reporting him.

I was flashed by a man in the parking lot in the middle of the day. I told the staff inside they did nothing.

I don't appreciate the pharmacy dr the way she speaks to me because she knew I'm deaf and need to fix that attitude for being properly communicating with a deaf patient

A huge thank you to Mgr Teresa and another associate who took the time to help me with some issues with uploading a picture to print with the iPhone. I got discouraged upon entering the photo shop area ( I’m using a walker) that I needed assistance..I spoke up to tell the associate that I needed help she spoke briefly to me as she walked away looking at her phone! Thank goodness Teresa helped me throughout the troubleshooting process and service with a smile!

I love walgreens; why? No clue. They have a little bit of everything and I love the seasonal/holiday stuff they put out. Customer service is great at this Walgreen's.

First experience with the pharmacy : EPIC FAIL! I refilled a RX online and it was supposed to be ready by 8:10. I checked the app at 8:00 and it said they couldn’t fill it and I needed to call the pharmacy. After waiting on the phone for TEN minutes the tech who answered the phone said “ the manager Meena put a note to not fill it but left no other notes.and I needed to call back the next day to ask for him ” And how long would I have to wait on hold then? What a terrible first impression! What kind of a managerial personal cancels something with no notes or at leasta phone call to tell me why? And this is the pharmacy MANAGER! I contacted my Dr. The next day and had them call it in to a different location.I would definitely NOT recommend this Walgreens pharmacy. I’ll never go back.

Today I visited store 4289.RFN #0428-9215-8591-2302-1303This is my local store and I like to stop in from time to time for my last minute needs. I myself once was an employee of walgreens. I was a photo tech. So I am familiar with the role of a walgreens employee although that was some time ago. I have since stepped away from walgreens to pursue other endeavors. Today the cashier made the common mistake of ringing my 1 item multiple times. Well then she cashed out the transaction and from what I understand post voids it systematically. All good until she proceeds to ask me to look up the transaction. No apology or please. I assume this is due to my favor of paperless over paper receipts. I am forced to assume due to the short manners of cashier Grace. Well the email wasn't received during the entire 20 minutes I was there waiting to purchase flowers and batteries. Just 2 things. I patiently watched the cashier Grace and the store manager Serena ring up other customers for what felt like at least 15 minutes. Now frustrated I stop the next customer from getting there transaction started and I ask Serena who I assumed was the store manager if I have to wait until they ring out every customer for them to handle my transaction. She looks at me with a confused look. Please note I have been standing in the register area patiently for at least 15 min letting customers squeeze by following there transactions. This entire time Serena the store manager did not ask me one time if i needed help. I believe this is because she was aware of the mistake the cashier Grace had made prior however, seemed confused from my current question. Serena then walks over to Grace and asked why she didn't ring me up after she voided the transaction. Grace seemed confused. I requested to pay for my stuff. I was then able to pay for my items and leave. I am not home not only upset by my experience but truly saddened by the level or lack of respect and acknowledgement I should have been given as a customer. I hope there are actions taken due to my very upsetting experience. Sincerely,Luis Luperena

I really hate the wait on the pharmacy department. They take forever to fill your script . I been on the phone for like 20 minutes. The machine saying one person ahead of me. I refuse to drive there for them to say it not ready . Mind you it was send around 10 in the morning. always some BS . Under staff plz always like 4 people .
