I used to think Walmart was great but they have moved everything around making everything hard to get too. Seeing the elderly running around in circles, it's sad. Then you have the workers who are busy getting orders, put together, taking up space as well. And they like to remain unseen. And when you need help they are dismissive. It's very hard to get in and out of this store. Then you have all the self check outs. I am grateful to have my Amazon membership because I just had stuff brought to me so I can avoid the hassles.

Visiting the springs and needed to do a quick return from something we bought the previous day. Had no idea customer service works different hrs then the entire store. By 2hrs.... Employees not very helpful.

I called 2wks ago for tires , they had me on hold for 45 min , I called back , the woman said the hold button wasn't working, I called today and waited 20 min for someone to answer the phone to take my order , I called again and the operator switch me over and again for 20 min nobody answer the phone, I called corporate office to complain, I then called back to the store, being calm and got the operator to connect me with the auto dept and she hung up on me . Walmart on Commercial way in Spring Hill Florida 1-352-686-0744 good luck

Auto Tire department needs to be shut down, this is going to corporate office. THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER PHONES, we had 60 calls in, investigation 3 people did said 5 employees back there , ONLY 2 WORKING ON CARS, OTHER 3 did nothing, not check outs, and walked by ringing phone ignoring it. People call to see if they have in stock the tires they want to purchase and have installed that day. but they refuse to answer. CLOSE THAT AUTO DEPARTMENT AT THAT LOCATION, and give all to Brooksville, they have great auto service. Management at this location also needs to be replaced by one who cares about customer service.

I'm starting to hate coming to this Walmart. At self check out and the guy just sits there watching us check out ,why ?! cause I'm the only mix person there ?! I make more then your Walmart salary most likely i don't wanna steal from anyone . It's uncomfortable and annoying especially when there are others there who probably are stealing but your to busy watching the color the person check out! Smh unless your nagging my shyt then there's no need to watch me! I wouldn't purchase shyt i can't afford to pay for ! Next time i won't be so quiet about it ..

I don't know why this store never answers their phone. Even if the store is open for another 30 minutes, I guess they feel it is not necessary to take incoming phone calls. Shame on you!!!

Worst Walmart around.Every other time I go shopping there are no cards in the store and you must go card hunting on parking lot. Auto center screwed my tire order twice and then canceled it without even letting me know. Very unprofessional pharmacy staff including pharmacist.Isles are blocked with pallets .Store is not very clean worst in produce section. I don't know who manages this store and wondering if that person even see what is going on.

ZERO STARS FOR THE LIQUOR STORE. I just now stopped in to buy a few things. Two 65 and up ladies working the register together. I check out. They are GABING the whole time. They don't make eye contact with me at all. I pay I leave and not one word. Not one glance. Was I even there lol? I was against self check out. Not anymore. I get it now, why you might as well check out yourself. Scan and Ho. These ladies were worthless I'm adding a photo of the receipt it important to have proof theses days.

This review concerns my online orders only - I do not enter the store due to my family's high-risk medical status. Because I've been ordering online for my groceries and household supplies for several years, I picked up my bi-weekly order. This saves me time, dealing with crowds and saves wear and tear on my aching back. The system has worked for me and keeps me on budget and has eliminated impulse purchases. The online list also lets me keep my favorites for the next time. The associates always place my groceries in my trunk, and I have an insulated bag for freezer/refrigerator items. The only negative is out of stock items, but a notification is sent right before pickup. I'm going to continue with this shopping for the foreseeable future.
