I have had three occasions where i need to talk to someone about my account and have been turned away (nobody available) offered to wait over an hour in the hopes of seeing someone, and told i didnt have proper info to complete my task (for which i had no trouble at Truist). Hate this bank.

Have accounts here for years. Great bank. Service and staff is wonderful. I just wish there was a branch on Cortez blvd near mariner in Brooksville Florida
