There is reason why Wells Fargo is voted the worst bank in the US for several years in row. This branch is an absolute disaster. Rude, unfriendly and incompetent, the worst customer service, period. I was a 32 year customer and today, no longer! I closed all my accounts and pulled all my money out after being ripped off via Wells Fargo Advisers (Brokerage account). Good luck Wells Fargo, I hope your business goes belly up and more people will catch onto your scam.

I went into cash a check issued by Wells Fargo, play indicated there was a $10 check cashing fee for a check drafted off of their Bank. I said I will not pay the fee... They said there wouldn't be a fee and then tried to take $10 out of my check! This Bank should have the FDIC do some digging! No matter how many tens of millions Wells Fargo has paid to settle with the feds they don't seem to get the point!

After working with the WelIs Fargo Bank at 4319 Commercial Way, we can not believe how wonderful the woman who helps with probate is. She is patient and kind and so great to work with. We needed 5 years of my deceased Mom's checks from 3 different accounts and Aaliah was so good to us. She printed missing checks on her own time in between appointments, after we found some were missing after our appointments. Everyone else we encountered could not have been nicer or more personable. All the checks were printed without a charge! We are amazed how helpful they have been! We are looking forward to having them close by for our banking needs.

Jared Homan is the guru of financial expert help!! I opened up a new bank account today and he was so knowledgeable about finances, debt, credit history. I will recommend anyone to go to him. He's very personable to talk to , kind, he didn't just open up a bank account for me and said have a nice day but he also helped me with advice on financial help. I will be going back to him for any questions I may have!!

The five star review represents the outstanding service we received from Bekki. She was professional and courteous and committed to helping us understand the banks process regarding the flood insurance payout we received. She was extremely generous with her time considering we just walked in and had no appointment. Employees like her are a rarity and I hope corporate leaders take note about her exemplary customer service skills.

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to. The few times I have needed to come into the branch, they are never helpful and have some reason why they can’t do it. The most recent was last weekend they were to busy to help us so we need an appointment. We made an appointment for today at 11 am. We show up, the branch is closed. We even got a text confirmation at 10AM confirming our appointment at 11AM. They didn’t even have the common courtesy to send us an email or text saying “unfortunately, the branch is closed and we will have to reschedule your appointment”. This is absolutely unacceptable and makes me not want to be a Wells Fargo customer after 10 years.

I have had three occasions where i need to talk to someone about my account and have been turned away (nobody available) offered to wait over an hour in the hopes of seeing someone, and told i didnt have proper info to complete my task (for which i had no trouble at Truist). Hate this bank.
