I am not sure if the branch is closing, if the management doesn't care, or if Wells Fargo is struggling and cannot afford to fix it (do we need to change banks) but the ATM at this location has not worked since I opened an account 8 months ago. I try numerous times but it never is working. Always no cash or out of order number attempts over this time. Take the ATM out of you cannot get it to work or fix it and maintain it. It's very bad for account holders to not have use of your offered service due to lack of care or maintenance.

Jackie the manger was very understanding and helpful. I struggled the day prior at another location and went home very stressed and uneasy. I came in the following day to this location and the teller Isabella was very helpful. Thank you for being compassionate and understanding.

Jacquelyn brooks “branch manager” . Made up her own policy, and refused to give me my debit card back after I used it at her location.

If it weren’t free with the way we have things set up with our mortgage, I wouldn’t use them at all. I moved from a credit union when we moved across states. They were issuing cashier checks through the drive thru. Today I’m told that was only when the lobby was closed due to COVID. Now you have to go in. I told the teller I had an infant and two toddlers sleeping. (Not to mention the fact I don’t take my 4 month old anywhere indoors except the doctors because of COVID.) She called the manager and he said I had to go in. I can show ID and sign in the drive thru the same as the lobby. Stupid. And I don’t see them doing anything in the lobby to wipe things down in between people. Inconsiderate and inconvenient. Our mortgage company is about to change in a month when we sell our home. I can start looking at moving our 8 accounts elsewhere. 7 out of 8 in branch visits in the past year and a half have had issues. (This branch and the one near Home Depot)

Love this bank, but I usually go to the one on Little Road and SR 52 which this time, I can say, feels more efficient.

If I could give this bank a 0 star review I would. I came in almost a week ago with a large check that I had to deposit. I’ve never really had a check like this before and I wasn’t sure how things worked. Example: how long it would take to clear, if there was a hold time, what would be some reasons there is a hold time, if I could cash it instead of deposit it, what all my options are. I was assisted by 2 younger women there that immediately gave me the impression that I was a burden. I clearly didn’t know what to do, I had questions, I was a little distraught. They used kind words, but they didn’t sound kind. Almost impatient and annoyed with me. One I believe was some kind of manager as the second girl had to ask for her “override codes” to do something. They offered very little information and instead of being attentive and patient I was rushed to make a decision. “You can deposit this check now, but there is a hold time of 7 days or maybe you can try Amscot or something. I don’t know if they’ll handle a large amount like that though”. Not to mention whispering to each other as I was on the phone trying to find out what I’m supposed to do from my attorney’s office. They did try to do some kind of cash advance, but being that my account was negative by $53 they couldn’t do it. I was also told the wrong information about why there was a hold. One of the girls told me that I had a 7 day hold, because my account was negative and there was nothing she could do. When I called customer service and received a notice of the hold the information was different. I fully understand there was a hold time and though that may be upsetting, because I’m going through some financial issues, I felt like there could’ve been a little more compassion and understanding behind that counter. As well as better professionalism on their part. When a customer comes in and is nice to you, seems confused or needs help, you should try your best to assist them. I’m younger and I work in a customer service based job too. At the end of the day I’m very disappointed in how I was treated and having to call the customer care line over the last few days to try to understand what’s going on. I will not be returning this branch again and I suggest the same for anyone else that’s new to cashing or depositing checks, has questions or needs help. Hopefully someone higher up actually reads these reviews and takes them seriously. Best of luck!

I opened my account with Wells Fargo Bank at this branch 10 years ago. Terrible customer service at this branch. They did not stand By me in the past and also recently when a company tried to rip me off. That company was Boost Mobile. I bought a phone there that was 32GB but got home and it was only 16 gigabytes. When I tried to return it the next day they would not take it. In the end Wells Fargo put the charge back on my account. I immediately called Wells Fargo to increase my limit of daily withdrawals. I withdrew everything but $0.40. Boost will never get my money nor will Wells Fargo. They are a bunch of thieves and do not care for their customers. Applies to Boost and Wells Fargo.

I have to say the employees are very nice. Even though I decided not to sign up as a customer they still treated me professionally and answered all the questions I asked. My grandfather is a client of theres and he loves them as a bank.
