Had them put in a while system for me two years ago. After two years the pump and system went down and nothing was under warranty. I have another home that has a well installed by a different company that lasted 20 years. They must use poor quality material or used materialService: Well installation

I was very impressed by their professionalism and breathe of the knowledge they demonstrated. My self notes on their actions.West Coast Drilling and Pump Service came today and helped clarify the issue. Glenn and Brynn were the techs who came to give an estimate on the issue. The reviewed the switch installed yesterday (it was installed functionally incorrect). The tested the volts, and ground to the switch and pump and determined the pump is likely fine. They tested the light switch, attached to the pump switch and determined its only getting 110 volts (pump required 220). They tested it at the breaker box, and determined the location of the drop box outside the house which is tied to the breaker which tripped which is (tagged water pump). Its 220 coming out of the at the drop box. The likely issue is the wire running under the ground from the house to the light switch. Potential fixes (running a wire from the same drop box to the light switch). Running a wire from a new drop in direct line of the pump to the light switch using a new style drop box and removing the light switch from the pump- the more desired option most likely)Definitely would use them again.FrankService: Pump repairs & installation

This company is top notch. They do exactly what they say they are going to do, exactly when they say they are going to do it. The owner, Jerry, is a great guy & his team, who came to replace our well pump, were awesome. Did a great job, all were very professional & price was very fair. Will recommend them to all my neighbors & friends.

Jerry and his crew are AWESOME! I called midweek, and because of my work schedule wasn’t able to get it fit into the week. Jerry offered to come out on Saturday, and it worked perfectly. They were like a well-oiled machine, each one doing their own task. Glen and Brian focused on the wiring to the pressure pump while Jerry, Kyle and 10-day-old baby guy (didn’t ask his name whoops!) replaced the actual well pump. It was interesting to see, and learned some important things about the workings of my 80-foot well. The cost for their work was very reasonable, and they really did a quality job! I definitely say HIRE THEM!!!Service: Pump repairs & installation

If I could give them 12 stars, I would. I am out of town and left a message on Sunday evening. Early Monday, I got a call and by Monday afternoon, they had gone out and given me an estimate, then returned to do the work. Very polite, very friendly, and the estimate was spot on...to the penny. I don't know anything about well pumps and that was okay. It always sucks to have a major expense like that, but they explained to me in layman's terms what they were going to do, itemized what they did, and sent pictures. It really made it easy to trust them and appreciate the speed with which they handled my issue.

My husband passed on 9/23/21. My well stopped pumping water on 10/04/21. Another company left me hanging so my son-in-law call them they were coming out on 10/05/21 little after noon. Then they call an can't make it and would be out on 10/06/21 at about 8:30 am they were no call no show and would no answer or call us back. I care for my elderly mom and small daughter and it is no right that they did this to my family.

West Coast Well Drilling & Pump Service starts out in a very unusual way.We originally called “Coast to Coast Sprinklers” and spoke to Valerie, she informed us that unfortunately they had a 3 week back log. She said if it was an emergency, she would highly recommend a neighboring company to address our problems. How kind and customer friendly is that? of course that company was “West Coast Well Drilling”We received a call from Gerry at West Coast within 30 minutes!!! He had Glen arrive at our house within 3 hrs. not three weeks. Glen was able to troubleshoot our problem, called in an order for parts and within 30 minutes, two other techs arrived, Tony and Tom with everything necessary. All 3 gentlemen attacked the problem and within 2 hours, all problems were fix and our system was up and running. While they were here, they also addressed and adjusted our sprinklers and well. These three gentlemen were friendly, courteous and professional. They are a great representation of their company.Once again, Glen Tony and Tom, thank you so much for everything. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the cost $$ of the service was awesome. We will recommend them to anyone and everyone that has problems with their wells, pumps, etc.Sincerely,Frank and Gisselle

My well pump system that supplies water to my home overheated and quit pumping. I called them a 8AM. Joe, the owner, arrived by 9:30 AM. He replaced the pressure switch, pressure gage and some melted PVC pipe. He also installed a check valve on the main line from the well which should have been there from day one 15 years ago. $355. Not bad for emergency call response and repairs. He has a new customer for life. Its hard to find an honest and qualified contractor.
