Island Outfitters is a premier Pro Tackle and High End Outdoor Clothing Retailer on Florida’s Forgotten Coast. This shop is truly a gem, offering an incredible selection of coastal gear and apparel that is hard to beat. It is an awesome place with a welcoming atmosphere, owned by an absolutely wonderful and amazing man, supported by a super friendly and helpful staff who are knowledgeable and extremely knowledgeable about local fishing. The store packs a lot of nice options inside, from its Pro Shop featuring St. Croix Rods, GLoomis, Shimano, Penn, and Daiwa to the best selection of artificial lures and baits for Bay, Surf, and Offshore. It has bait, tackle, rods and reels, and much more, along with a nice selection of clothing, hats, sunscreen, and sunglasses from brands like Costa del Mar, Rayban, Maui Jim, and Goodr. The souvenir shop has quality merchandise and isn't full of cheap stuff. For watersports, they offer Hobie Mirage Drive Kayaks for rental and sale, SIC Maui Stand Up Paddle Boards, Yakima Trailers and Racks, and various rental gear. Highly recommended for anyone who loves the beach, the owners are very nice and helpful throughout any process, kindly setting up equipment and giving great tips. It is definitely a place you won’t regret giving a shot for your business.
