Hi there I stayed for 2 nights and my daughter left her baby blanket and I spoke to Lisa and she was very disrespectful and rude. The floors were absolutely disgusting. When i tell you my feet turned black from the floor. The housekeeper clearly didn’t clean up my room. But I would say the room was nice. Let me say Darron is very rude they way he talked to me was not professional. He had such an attitude. I am very dissatisfied with the staff. Also they said they would DISPOSE small things that are left in room. That’s no ok. First of all her blanket isn’t small! The fact that they didn’t call before doing is not ok. That was her BABY blanket. So let’s just say I don’t recommend.
Rooms: God awful absolutely disgusting.

I recently stayed at Seaside in May 2024. I have been a BW Rewards member for over 10 years. My vacation was horrid. TV did not work upon arrival and had to be fixed by the tech which started my stay badly. The room I stayed in was about half the size of a normal room at BW. The ice machine kept making a loud beeping sound every minute throughout the night. I could even hear it on the opposite side of the far parking lot. No free breakfast available but the cost of the room was $240 per night a month prior to to peak tourism season. I received an email to fill out a survey which I completed. A few days later someone emailed me to patronize me and make a comment that I have cancelled a few times in a few years, but did not address any issues. I would highly advise to stay somewhere else.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. The rooms are renovated and clean, however parking is $5.00 which is reasonable, however was not disclosed at the time of reservation. Breakfast was acceptable, it is a mid range hotel and you will get just that. I called the front desk at 11:00 pm for a late check out the next day, no one answered however at midnight received a callback from the front desk? Completely weird and unacceptable, other than that it's a decent hotel in a great location.

We're having an awesome stay. Family vacation with our kids and dogs couldn't be going any better. The beach is right across the street. And for whatever reason, it hasn't been crowded at all. There's an ice cream place across the street as well as several places to eat. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The pool area is so nice! There's also a small hot tub. There's lounge chairs and other seating. Everything is clean and tidy. We're already planning to return next year!

The location is great, only one block from the beach. The room could use a deep clean, there were piles of dust, stains on the wall behind the bathroom door and a giant red stain on the bedding. Breakfast was good. Got fresh towels every day which was nice. Wish they had stricter behavioral requirements for the pets that stay there as I had to deal with a dog who was lunging and trying to bite while I was trying to walk down stairs to leave the hotel. Overall, a decent hotel if you want to save money.

Cancelled week long reservation because the Manager Ronell James wanted to act more like Ronald McDonald than managing a situation. He refused to move a loud and unruly guest that came in at midnight and whose kid tried to break in my car. Went to another hotel down the strip that respects their clientele better. Sadly, prior the review was a 5 star because it is in great locale and is EV friendly.

Rooms: The shower water pressure was terrible. But everything else was good.
Noteworthy details: Was a little upset that on our last day there, we wete woke up at 8am by chainsaws trimming the palm trees, and the pool and spa were closed all day. Also, the spa had a leak. Didn't stay full.
