Wifi was not working, told management. Replied there was nothing they can do. Sewer hookup is at 45 degrees making very difficult to hook up, and leaked on the ground.

People are great. Staff was friendly and the full-timers were welcoming and courteous.
We were at F103. We have a 30’ 5th wheel and got a standard site. It was a challenge backing her in, but we did it with no damage to the site or our equipment. Next time we will pay the extra $ for a drive-thru.
We enjoyed Ebb Tide for a simple meal and a beer or wine based drink. Hurricane bar and grill is next door, within walking distance as well as other restaurants with meals below $20. Hurricane had a live band. No live music at Ebb Tide, but tHurricane is so close, it is actually a better choice. I like that better so the park remains quiet.
The pool is very clean and well maintained. The whole park is clean and well maintained. Very dog friendly. They have a dog patio next to Ebb Tide as well as a small dog run. We enjoyed St Augustine, a hike at the state park, walked Crescent beach with our dogs.
The prices are reasonable compared to other parks in the area.
Great relaxing time. We will be back!

We stayed here for 16 days in July. It was great. We were close to everything...walking to go out and eat, driving across the street to the beach, close to shopping and downtown!!
It was nice and quiet in the evenings. Nice clean pool and grounds. The employees were always friendly and took time to talk. The other campers were very nice. It's a great family resort!!
Nearby activities: The pool was great. They had trivia night and a singer came in. ❤️
Safety: Felt very safe. There were always employees out and about keeping an eye on things.
Walkability: We walked to Hurricane's restaurant and it was fantastic...try the wings!
There's also a coffee shop and an Italian restaurant within a short walk!

Nice place to stay. Everyone is Friendly. I don't understand the New owners turning away their regular customers. We and 5 other couples have been staying here for 4 years. We have always been able to reserve a spot for next year but not now. You can only reserve 10 months ahead of time. I guess we will find a new spot to camp.

We had an awesome time during our stay in May. Our grandson is ADHD and sometimes people can be put off by him, but not here. They were great!! They had a very clean pool and play ground to keep him busy. The bar, hot tub, pool were great for adults. The bathrooms and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. The laundry room was also clean
Nearby activities: Just a few blocks from the beach. Close to historic areas, and fishing. Close to Alligator Farm and Lighthouse.
Food and drinks: They have a great bar and grill on site as well as nearby options.

Only a few blocks from the beach. Lot was ok, fee was a bit high for what it was. Restrooms weren't clean. Pool was nice. Front desk help should smile more!

Last year we had a mostly good experience here, with a less than happy event with some of the maintenance people. We returned to this RV park this year since it’s clean and well kept, and Irish Mike convinced us to return. He is one of the nicest people ever, competently settled the issues with our spot, and just made us feel like family! Thad was also very welcoming, it was good to see things have changed with the people in charge:) One note for management though, the landscape crew was working right next to us one morning while we were having breakfast (Mike took care of that). We know they have to do their jobs but the camp was half empty with plenty of other spots they could have worked on while we finished, so maybe have a discussion with them as to how to handle situations like these??♀️
